"We have been over your medical history but we are at the point where it would be helpful to ask your family members about their medical histories. Any history of autoimmune diseases, like lupus or myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, or multiple sclerosis...."

"I just don't understand. I was preparing for the hike of a lifetime and now I can not walk." Zhao Yongzhung said emotionally. 

Yu Qi did not know what to say right now.

"I might be leaving this hospital in a wheelchair. And I don't know why." Zhao Yongzhung continued.

"Mr Zhao, hopefully, we will have answers soon." Yu Qi tried to make Zhao Yongzhung not give up hope. 

Zhao Yongzhung nodded. "Yeah. I hope that too."

"Not yet." Yu Qi shook her head.

"Care to join me?" Tang Han Lee asked.

"My pleasure." Yu Qi nodded.

So, both of them walked to the cafe on the third floor. They ordered some food and sat at the empty table. Not many people were here. 

"What happens? Problem with the patient?" Tang Han Lee asked.

Indeed, Yu Qi had problems with her patients. Well, one was a secret. She could not tell Tang Han Lee about that. But another one was okay.

"Yeah, I had someone came to the emergency today. The paramedics told me that they picked up the man from the nearby hotel. He was paralysed from his waist to the down. We check everything but still could not find out anything about that." Yu Qi sighed.

"Oh, I heard about that one. It is quite a difficult case." Tang Han Lee nodded. 

"I have to find out the cause of his unable to walk." Yu Qi was very determined.
