Just like that, the two dug into their food in silence, but something made Duan Chengyu pause while eating, he saw the sauce from the steak on the lips of Liu Rachael. Rather than calling her attention to the stain on her lips, he chose to reach across the table to wipe it off with his thumb. He saw the look of fear in her eyes, as if she wanted to run out of the restaurant.

"You have sauce on your mouth, I was only helping you to clean it."

To make his date at ease, Duan Chengyu decided to divert her attention by talking about something that would make their night more interesting.

"Miss Liu would you like to watch a movie?"

"If I say I don't want to go, he'll find something else to make me go anyways. I guess I just have to let him know that I'll go with him."

Looking straight into her boss's eyes even though it made her stomach quiver, "I'll go with you to the movies."

"Where will you like to go, do you want drive through movie or indoor movie."

There was barely any change in the expression of Duan Chengyu while looking at Liu Rachael whose beauty made it difficult to focus on food laid out in front of him. The two talked for a while, before setting out for home.

On getting outside, Liu Rachael heard her phone ring, only to see it was the number of her boyfriend.

"I'm sorry, but I have to take this call."

"Can I know who is calling you?"
