Lifen left the dance floor as she wanted to pa.s.s through the crowd and find Deming first. She had already informed her friends to meet that she would meet them the next day.

As she was walking through the crowd, her heartbeat got fast, her fingers turned into a round fists and face got into a shade of little red.

She was getting all nervous. How can she not be? How can she not be after knowing that he never forgot her all these years.

After knowing that she was always there in his mind and his life. All this time it was her who took him wrong and blamed him. It felt like it was her who had accused him wrongly and punished him for no real reason.

It wasn't his fault. It was because of her stupidity that she didn't let him know her name and ident.i.ty and he has to face all these. If she had told him earlier, then there wouldn't be so many hurdles between them.

But suddenly someone stopped her from behind. When she turned to look it was a young gentleman whom she didn't knew. Her lips curved a little to give a polite professional smile.

"Good evening, Ms.Li! You don't know me. I am Gao Ren", he introduced himself and put his right hand forward to shake hands. It was professional style but something was different in his eyes. It wasn't looking that simple by the way he was looking at her.

But Lifen didn't heed any attention to his expression. She took his hand normally to shook and gave a small nod to his words, "h.e.l.lo!"

But when she tried to take her hand back, she couldn't. His grip got a little reluctant to let her hands go. It was then she knew that she was missing out something.

She lifted her gaze to look at the man who was now giving her a kind of weird seductive smile.

"Sorry. But excuse me I need to be somewhere", she said as she again tried to retract her hand back.

"Okay. But at least listen to me first", he said as he let her hand go but took a step forward to lessen the difference between them.

The guest were already busy around themselves and were moving towards buffet area of the hall.

Lifen gave him a 'not so pleasing' look but said against her expression, "Okay, go ahead".

"I am not a A national. My company, Gao International is in H country. We have remained in partnersh.i.p.s for years and am very much looking forward for working with you", he said as he smiled.

Lifen thought that it was the end of the conversation but he again spoke up, "I knew you will be here today. So I took an initiative to come here especially to inform you something important", he again extended his hands to hold her while continuing his words, "We will be together for our whole life and it is destined. You won't be having any idea of this now but soon you will know. So be prepared!"

Her lips twitched in confusion. This man was totally out of his mind. What is he thinking saying something weird like that? Was this some kind of joke?

But he was still giving that weird smile of his and was ogling from bottom to top like he was about to devour her whole. She felt dirty facing his eyes. She was about of flung her hand to slap him but then felt someone behind her.

And then came someone's deep fruity voice which somehow was sounding very dark, "Say that again and you will be buried deep in your grave tomorrow".

"Deming!", Lifen mumbled the name of the voice making her heart knew that he has come and was right behind her.

Gao Ren tilted his head a little to look behind the woman standing in front of him. Seeing that it was the infamous w.a.n.g Deming's words, he pondered for a moment then decided to ignore his warning.

Deming felt the ignorance the man was giving to his words. His mood was already sour from somethings that happened before and was not in the mood of deal anyone at this moment.

He just wanted to hear his girl's words. He sighed in irritation when felt that the man was about to say something to Lifen again.

"Ms.Li, what about a dance? I have seen it before. You are quite a graceful dancer. We can enjoy it between us. Let's go", Gao Ren said again with a suggestive smile and his hand were out to hold hers when suddenly he felt a severe twist on his bone and muscles of his hand that he has extended.

The speed was at such a great extent that before it got into someone's notice, it was already back to its place.

Gao Ren looked at the man who was responsible for such pain. A few seconds and now it seems like his wrist bone is misplaced. "You...You?? How dare you?", he was about to scream loud and dwell with Deming but he knew well that wouldn't be a nice choice.

Deming was already standing beside Lifen now, when he said, "Dare me? Dare your previous actions again and believe me it won't be just your arms. You will cause your whole body to get dismantle."
