After arriving at the sh.o.r.e Nami jumped off the boat while holding the Mayor's granddaughter the little girl who introduced herself as Nira in her hands and Luffy together with Zoro also jumped off the boat right after them as they want to send the little girl to her home safely and at the same time wants justice for her.

When they walked a few meters away from the seash.o.r.e they discovered a weird sound coming from their back and turning around they discovered the source of the sound is coming from Reo who is still on the boat.

"Are you going to meet with that clown Pirate? " Reo asked with a curious face looking at Luffy.

"Yes, I need to punish that guy for his crimes. " Luffy replied with a serious face.

"Why don't we first take Nira back to her home. " Nami asked looking at the little girl in her hand.

"No, we are first going to punish that clown guy. " Luffy replied with a serious face.

"Yes, I also want a fight. " Zoro said with a serious face holding one of his swords as he id itching for a good fight for a long time.

"Why don't we split into two groups for now and once we deliver the little girl to her home I will hurry to you guys. " Reo said with a nod hearing their words.

"What can you expect they new on the island and running around as if they are residents of this island. " Nami said with an annoyed face looking at Zoro and Luffy's back.

"They should have asked for directions before running all by themselves. " Reo comments shaking his head while his lips curve in a small smile.

"Do you think we should call them? " Nami said looking at them disappearing in the distance.

"Nah~ I think they will be fine and besides with how Luffy runs after problems I am sure he will find his targets in no time. " Reo with a nod

"Then we should also move on our way. " nodding at Reo's explanation Nami turned to ask with a smile looking at the small girl by her side "Nira can you tell us which way is your home? "

"Yes. " Nira said with a nod as they also started going towards the town.

In the fleet Admiral's office, Sengoku is reading his reports related to the recent information and not far from him Vice-Admiral Tsuru is drinking green tea slowly not making much sound but she is also thinking something with a serious face.

"It appears we need to cancel Sun's vacation in the absence of Garp. " Sengoku said with a sigh putting down the paper on hand.

"Yes, that should be for the best. "Tsuru said with a serious face thinking about some unpleasant matter in the Mariners recent reports.

It was the time when Reo just got promoted to the position of Rear Admiral and the 5 elders decided to make the Warlord system official to balance 4 the Emperor's of the New World even after some of the high ranking Marine officer's disagreement.

One strong example is Admiral Sakazuki.

That time Reo didn't have much say in this matter and even if he wanted to say something it didn't receive any importance because of his low rank in the meeting.

As the decision was made they needed to send officers to recruit Pirates to fill the position of the 7 Warlords and they know they need to send strong but not high ranking officers for the recruitment like Admiral or Vice Admiral and who could be perfect than Reo for the task under the Vice Admiral ranking.

So Sengoku sends him with the list of 10 rising pirate Captain names from Paradise and a new world combined with great expectations.

That time Reo left the headquarters with Hina even though she was still in training but because of her devil fruit powers, Reo let her join as the order was to capture the pirates if they refuse to join the Warlord system.
