Better To Forget Than To Meet Again 13: I Didn't Kill Her!

Qin Qin now lived in the villa. She had food to eat and clothes to wear. The only bad thing was that she was followed by someone wherever she went. To be frank, she was placed under house arrest.

However, Qin Qin didn't care about it. She didn't ask more. It was enough for her to stay at the place where her baby once lived. Even though nearly all the kid related stuff were replaced, she could still found drawings of her baby or some components of the toys once belonged to him.

Each time when she found this kind of things, she would automatically picture the scenes of how her baby played then. Sadness and bitterness would come to her thereby.

Late into the night, Qin Qin looked at the time as usual after she took a shower. It was past 11 p.m. and there was still no movement downstairs. Chao Sheng hadn't been back yet.

He would be back at around 10 p.m. these days.

Qin Qin on one hand feared to be tortured by him, but on the other hand couldn't help wis.h.i.+ng him coming back.

There seemed to be movements downstairs. Qin Qin's attention was caught immediately and she sat straight by instinct. After several minutes, the door was opened, "You are back?"

Coming to him and having identified the thick aura of alcohols, Qin Qin frowned and said in a light voice, "Have you drunk?"

"I will fetch you haejang-guk."

However, when she was about to brush past, she was seized by Chao Sheng by her wrist with a swing.

"Ah!" After a fit of dizziness, she was fell onto the bed. And the next second, Chao Sheng was over her body.

He was really drunk and couldn't speak clearly, "You want to see the kid and I won't let you! Yunyun is dead. How can I let you live your life well? I tell you it's impossible!"

"Yunyun, Yunyun is such a good woman! She is sweet, lovely, and gentle. I'm about to marry her. It's you! It's you who deprive me of all these good things!"

Hearing his confession to Yang Yun, Qin Qin felt like her heart was pierced by thousands of knives.

"Believe or not. I didn't kill Yang Yun."

Qin Qin replied in a light voice with blank eyes, "I didn't kill Yang Yun. When I was there, she was already dead."

She had explained this thousands of times before she was put into the jail, yet one one believed. 

At that time, she did regret and went back to Yang Yun for the kid. After all, it was the kid between her and Chao Sheng. She wanted to beg Yang Yun and get the kid back. However, when she arrived at the designated place, Yang Yun was already down on the ground, soaked by blood.

She didn't kill her. Later she was just sentenced with three years in jail for lack of evidences.

She could take it even though the whole world criticized behind her back. However, Chao Sheng was different to her. How come he didn't believe in her after her repet.i.tive explanations?

Chao Sheng's heart ache and he was lost in thoughts for one second. However, he came to himself soon and became vicious, "Liar, how should you even think I would believe in you? Yunyun is dead and you are still alive!"

How come he feel sorry for her just now? No, no. He was just too mad at her. Not feel sorry for her at all!

Chao Sheng talked to himself and became a little bit sober. He didn't look at her and headed towards the door directly.

Seeing the arrogant leaving figure, Qin Qin said to herself in a low voice, "Brother Chao, haven't it said by you that you would always believe in me?"

Chao Sheng stopped for one second, and then slammed the door with force and walked out of the room without leaving one word.

Qin Qin was extremely exhausted. She lied on bed and the scene then came to her head.

"Brother Chao, I didn't break the vase, believe in me!"

"Em, I believe in you. No matter what happened, I would always believe in you."

Tears came out of the eyes.
