The Jacob family specializes in growing organic fruits. They possess many lands dedicated to growing various fruits, which are then processed and sold in wholesales to various companies. Being a wild cat, Seraphina had absolutely no interest in the family business. All she cared about was BUGS. She is currently a graduate student doing comprehensive research on the Culicidae family with a concentration on the Aedes and Culex genera.
"Why am I so worried when I'm on break? I guess this is what the internet calls occupational disease."
Due to the nature of her work, Seraphina spends a lot of time in the laboratory alone, so she has a bad case of Soliloquy; one man drama. She cleaned up and made her way to the kitchen.
She was currently standing in front of her refrigerator figuring out what to make for lunch when her door bell went off. She looked through the door cam monitor and froze.
"G.o.d created the world in 6 days and rested on the 7th, but I'm so sure he spent more days creating the perfection named Quincy" was what Seraphina mumbled to herself in her frozen state. That perfection was standing right in front of Seraphina's door with a playful smile on his face.
After composing herself, she opened the door.
"Quincy," she said with a smile on her face
"Yes darling," he winked at her
"I'm not yours yet" Seraphina reminded him
"Why do you say so?" Quincy asked in a frightened tone
"Because I only know your name and age"
Calming down a lot, Quincy replied in a confident tone, "You were mine the moment I laid eyes on you."
Seraphina blushed like a ripe tomato as she hurried to hide her cheeks behind her palms. In a fl.u.s.tered voice, she managed to ask "What brings you to my front door?"
Quincy raised his hands up holding a bag of drinks in one and a bag of food containers in the other, "Lunch delivery for 2". He helped himself into Seraphina's apartment and made himself feel at home. Seraphina watched on with a bewildered expression. "Did granny give him some pointers?" she thought to herself while she closed the door to join him in the kitchen.
