"Little Tiger! " a sweet and melodious voice entered Little Tiger's ears attracting all his attention. He raised his head and blinked twice his glittering eyes he remained unmoved as if he had a hallucination. But he decided to ignore and began to solve the almost solved cube in his hand

On the door frame, Li Na glanced at Lu Jianjun after tentatively calling Little Tiger and resisting the urge to pounce on him and take him back with her, Li Na felt hurt when she was ignored by the Little Fella.

Just as Lu Jianjun was about to open his mouth to call Little Tiger Li Na showed him one finger as if requesting one more chance. Impa.s.sively Lu Jianjun allowed her again.

"Hey, Little Tiger," this time the voice was loud and clear, Little Tiger immediately snapped out as he t.i.tled his upper body to look back and saw his parents standing together.

His eyes went wide in shock and the cube slipped from his hands rolled down his tighs. He was waiting for his father to come but his father bought a companion with him.

Li Na's eyes lit up as soon as she saw his adorable face and her heart started to jump.

Slowly, she walked towards Little Tiger and crouched down to pick him up in her arms.

Surprisingly, Little fella didn't react much as his eyes glued on the pair he was looking for the first time together. No matter, how much he had imagined them in one picture, but when this became a reality, he couldn't wrap his mind around seeing them together.

The atmosphere between them grew more and more ambiguous as Little Tiger's gaze travel from his father towards the woman holding him in her arms. He couldn't register the picture in his mind. He was flabbergastered and Li Na couldn't contain her happiness.

"Baby, let go home. Mumma prepared a surprise for you." Li Na kissed his cheeks as she hugged him more tightly and securely.

Suddenly, Little Tiger began to struggle as his face turned pale. Li Na releases her tight hold on him as Little Tiger's eyes locked on his father.

'Oh my, what happened? Did I press him hard or he didn't like me kissing him?' Li Na was fl.u.s.tered and worried seeing Little Tiger struggling in her arms like a fish grappling for water.

Worried and clueless as to how to handle Little Tiger, Li Na looked over Lu Jianjun as if looking for his guidance.

Impa.s.sive, Lu Jianjun stood there leaning on the wall with his crossed arms when he saw her expectedly staring at him, he responded, "Put him down," and swiftly, Li Na released Little Tiger as she put him on his feet on the carpet.

She also crouched down on her knees leveling them together.

Instantly, Little Tiger turned his body sideways, towards his father's direction, and before he could dash towards Lu Jianjun, Li Na held Little Tiger's both hands and bought him back to his designated place.

"Little Tiger, look at me." She shrieked her voice raised a little. Startled, Little Tiger froze instantly at his place.

Li Na cursed herself inwardly for scaring him again.

Li Na took a heavy breath, readying herself to deal with Little Tiger. Her baby is as aggressive as she used to be in her childhood. And why not, they belong to the same zodiac sign. Aggression against the person they don't want to see is in their basic nature and Li Na found this extremely amusing regarding Little Tiger.

"Baby, Look at me..." Li Na cupped his little face and turned him to face her. Now that Li Na knows their past relations.h.i.+p and how ignorant she was to Little Tiger, she understood why Little Tiger is running away from her. He's simply guarding his little heart against her, to prevent breaking it again. Little Tiger's body stiffened at her words but he didn't dare to look at her, his eyes lowered as he occasionally tried to peek glances at his father from a side-eye, silently, urging Lu Jianjun for help as he felt extremely uncomfortable before her eyes. with every pa.s.sing second, he felt more and more restless. Li Na's caring word and tender voice were making him dizzy, muddlehead and indefensible to keep his pretense.

Since Little Tiger was born and grew up to understand things he was never pressured, to do anything against his will. She felt giddy and amused seeing him threatening her to leave him in his own way. he just looked like a defenseless little cub opting to defend himself against the predator. Li Na couldn't resist his adorable tricks as she leaned forward and kissed him on his reddened cheeks due to rage.

She was so delighted seeing his anger and protest that she didn't retreat her hand and let him bite as much as Little Tiger wants to vent out his anger. He wasn't as quiet and shy as she thought of him to be, her baby boy got his own temper and perversity.

Pleased, at least he was responding to her rather than running away, she felt extremely happy and was highly impressed by his vain endeavors.

Confused by her smile, Little Tiger's stopped biting her but his teeth still gripped her hand. His eyes widened to see her joy before his eyes moved to Lu Jianjun's calm and composed expressions Little tiger was flagged to see if his father wasn't angry but he was fazed staring at the mother and son duo. Little Tiger knitted his brows displeased and spare her hand as his lips pressed forming cute little dimples on his red embarra.s.sed cheeks.

"Haha! Oh, Little Tiger, " Li Na said and stopped laughing she tilted her head to have a proper look at him. "Baby, it's fine. You're fine...You don't have to burden yourself anymore. Okay? D-Don't cry..." his eyes teared up as she hugged the little boy softly.

" It's Ok, Baby. You don't have to feel pressured. I won't shut you again. Promise!"

Li Na wished she had a magic wand so that she can heal Little Tiger's wounded heart as soon as possible cause it's impossible to make him trust her in just a few days a short period.
