Just been like a careless girl, the brave beasty, Li Na daringly stepped into the lion's den.

She didn't even turn to look behind her back, she heard the late yet slow sound of the door being gently closed, her hand's fist the hem of her sweater sleeves as her nails digging and wrinkling the soft fabric when the 'clicking' sound of the door lock echoed.

She knew Lu Jianjun was doing it intentionally provoking her with his bashful words and this casual behavior as if it's normal for them to share a room. If he would have invited or ordered her to live with him before their talk then she would have declined the idea but now under his suspicion, she won't take the gamble.

"What now? Don't want to sleep!" Lu Jianjun's mild raspy voice rattled in her right ear as she turns her head to look at the man standing behind over the shoulder. Where Lu Jianjun stood there leaning on the back door casually but his razor-sharp eyes on her.

Previously, she was so hung up and pondering over the fact that she and Lu Jianjun were going to share the same room and bed that she forgot why did she even enter into his room. And him standing behind her back making it worst as sleep, fatigue and exhaustion were nowhere near her. Intuitively, She became alert and wide-awake of his presence.

She gave him a side glance before looking at the sidewall as she replied plainly, "Hmm, I'm... just looking around." then her eyes roamed around the clean, dark cloudy-grey walls shades with contrasting and complimenting dark-tinted rich furniture and decorated artifacts perfectly.

The room was s.p.a.cious with more dimensions to it as her eyes capturing the hue of every corner, polished furniture, his walk-in closet, bathroom door. Just as her eyes moving further left, her eyes widened, shocked when she saw among all grey walls, the medial wall, near to the gallery was painted in dark blue, the whole setup looks enchanting and mesmerizing along with dazzling black flooring.

That was an only plain wall with no decoration or painting, artifacts hanging on it, just a matching blue colored sofa set of with a table placed facing the balcony gla.s.s wall. Just then Li Na sensed Lu Jianjun's light footsteps, the leather shoes tapping on the carpeted ground advancing towards her. Her body stiffened, her eyes glued on that particular wall before she blinked softly.' What the...! Is it possible he also likes blue!?'

Her train of thoughts was stopped when Lu Jianjun's crisp and rustled voice enter her ears, she snapped to look at him. " Blue is my favorite." Whisking the air around her, Lu Jianjun bypa.s.ses her as he began to unhook his wrist.w.a.tch's belt and stepped towards his closet.

For a while, Li Na stood dumbfounded staring at his back, then she looked at that wall again. 'Not bad! At least, we have something common...' she mused over and then brush it off, shrugging her shoulders.

Just when her eyes fell on the king-size large bed, her face lit up instantly. The tiny little frame sleeping on the big bed made her feel relaxed, more comfortable and at ease. Little Tiger's presence is such a relief she felt his sleepiness contagious to her.

She climbed the two small steps of the pavement before she reached the bedside. Li Na bit her lower lip as she turned to look back towards the closet and then to Little Tiger's back where the boy slept peacefully. She seems to be troubled and couldn't decide on which side to lay.

Unmistakably, Little Tiger is going to be a mid part.i.tion, between Lu Jianjun and her as it is Lu Jianjun's bed it'll be rude not value his permission or to say he's accustomed to which bedside, where he usually sleeps. If by any chance, she were to be in his place then she would have minded a lot if not asked by the individual if they were to share the personal s.p.a.ce and especially if that s.p.a.ce is the bed in the bedroom sadly she doesn't hold this privilege of choice anymore. With brows frowned, Li Na lips twisted to a side, then taking a deep breath she sat on the bed. A smile appeared on her lips hearing the steady sounds of deep breathes as she closely observed the baby boy napping.

Eventually, propping her upper body on one elbow she leaned near Little Tiger and lightly kissed the back of his head. She quickly moved back there after when Little Tiger swings his hand behind his head as if trying to sway the fly pestering him.

When Little Tiger lay on his back Li Na pressed her lips hard not wanting to bust out laughing and wake him entirely. Her baby is such a light sleeper and easily gets disturbed. She wondered

Lu Jianjun stepped out of the closet, after keeping the watch and changing his leather shoes. While rolling the sleeves of his s.h.i.+rt, his actions stopped when he saw Li Na gently kissed Little Tiger and back off.

Just before he could open his sluggish eyes and scream out loud a big hand came over Li Na's body and instantly covered Little Tiger hazy eyes.

As expected, in the next moment, startled Li Na opened her mouth. A gasp escaped her lips when Lu Jianjun widened his eyes and put his other hand's index finger on his lips motioning her to keep shut. Instantly, she sealed her mouth even her breathing became shallow and careful.

Sensing the familiar touch when Lu Jianjun tenderly stroked Little Tiger's deeply knitted brows and soothe it as gradually his little finger gripping Li Na's nose loosen. With the blackness before his eyes and light caressing, gradually Little Tiger drifted to slumber.

"Don't kiss him like that, he's extremely sensitive." Lu Jianjun whispered lowly only for Li Na to hear. She meekly nodded once, making a mental note of Little Tiger's details for future purposes. Lost in thoughts, Li Na blinked twice before she noticed the man's fixed gaze on her. The distance between them was short and feeling awkward, Li Na tilted her head slightly but before she could blink innocently, Lu Jianjun immediately covered her eyes. Her long lashes fluttered and lightly brushed against his palm and fingers as if tickling his palm. He said, his deep throaty voice heavyset and gruff, "Quietly sleep!" as if that wasn't enough, he added, "Now," he blocked her eyes completely, not letting her to open them.

Not long before, Lu Jianjun slowly removed his hand to see that Li Na had fallen into a deep sleep with steady breaths may be due to earlier fatigue and exhaustion.
