However since he didn't promote or advertise his game besides giving the test version of the game to the friends he didn't talk to much anymore and people he knew. Ting's game was just sitting there like a piece of French fries left on the sidewalk. (Author: Don't ask me what this has to do with his game. ~_~)
It was a great game but it was being left untouched right now. But Ting wasn't sad... He was G.o.d d.a.m.ned p.i.s.sed. "Come on this is a great game. It's my game that I made with my hard spent time." Ting boasted. However this was normal. Unless you promoted your game before it was released, it would be unknown.
Ting sighed he decided he needed to somehow get people to see the game he made. Ting just couldn't sit still as there was a piece of a five dollar bill in hands reach.
Ting had about 7 000 USD (48 585 Yuan) in his bank account. It wasn't a lot but it also wasn't low either. He went online and found an advertis.e.m.e.nt service provider. He saw that their prices were at a decent price. Their services also had good viewer base.
Therefore, Ting decided to choose this service provider than other service providers. He contacted them through the contact me tab on their webpage. He was writing a email that he was going to send to the contact listen in the contact us tab, in the email what he wanted and what he wanted was obviously to show the people of the world his mobile game.
When he finished writing up the email he pressed the send b.u.t.ton and also paid the deposit for advertising and creating the advertis.e.m.e.nt. Ting knew that they might slack on creating his advertis.e.m.e.nt but since he just needed a few people to buy his game then if they find it fun they will get their friends to play and thus, start a chain reaction.
Now all he could do is wait for the good news. Ting called his mom that his game had been released on the App Store. After talking for a while he ended the call.
Ting was not too fit at the moment. But, he also couldn't be considered weak. He decided that he needed to change himself. To get more fit and strong so he would stay healthy even if he have not slept for a few days. The reason why he might have to stay up a few days is because he was a hacker.
Hackers needed to be ready for all kinds of situations. It will take time to breach a firewall, depending on the quality of it. Ting decided when he has free time, he would go workout, go for a run and what not.
Now that he finished creating his game he had a lot of free time to do anything he wanted. Creating the game had worn him down quite a bit. He was sitting in front of his computer screen almost every single day writing lines of code for events and creating the UI (User Interface). To get back into shape, he decided to take a stroll around the city.
He turned off his computer and got dressed in a light outfit. He was wearing shorts with a white t-s.h.i.+rt. It was July and the temperature in the city was getting even hotter. After locking his apartment door, he walked down the stairs to the main lobby. At the reception desk, sitting on a chair was Yao Chen.
He greeted her and told her about the release of his game. The first time he told her about his game, she was surprised because just a few months ago he had been expelled from university, and now he created a mobile game? She was honesty surprised, but she was also happy for him.
Also when she played his game she was instantly hooked. When she heard from Ting his game was released she instantly went on her phone then using her credit card she bought some funds to her account and bought his game.
She gave the app five stars and left a good review. Ting thanked her and left through the front entrance. Taking the turn he walked towards one of the parks in his city. The park was called Guiyang Zhanlen park.
While walking he saw a vending machine with some drinks he had seen before. Since he knew that if he had a computer and a keyboard he won't go broke. That was why instead of ignoring the vending machine he bought a can of Tepsi.
He was a bit thirsty so when he took a sip, he felt refresh. Maybe because of the sugar but it was still refres.h.i.+ng.
Feeling the hot breeze blowing into his face as he walked on the sidewalk. Walking as part of the pedestrians on the street. Men and women with suits on probably heading to work. It was still a bit early in the morning. People were still heading to work.
Some students with uniforms on heading to Summer school. While Ting may look like a student he was actually expelled so he was like the only one on the street walking with a unknown destination. Actually his destination was the park but you get what I mean.
When he reached the park he took a nice run. The park was about a few kilometer long. When he was in the middle of the park, he noticed there was an event taking place.
He didn't know what the event was about yet, so he decided that he would take a look. When he arrived he quickly found out about the event.
The event was for parents and their children to sing together. There were judges that would judge their performance. Ting knew that this wouldn't fit him so he decided to continue his morning run.
But suddenly, someone announced that their equipment weren't working and would probably need to delay their event. Ting thought for a moment before deciding to give them a helping hand. Ting had heard before that if you help someone in need you will feel better to yourself.
There was a scientific experiment done, the experiment done was that they gave two groups of people money. They gave 3000USD to each group. Saying to one group that they could spend the money however they like. Then to the other to donate all of it to a charity of their choice.
The experimenters asked each group how they felt. Both groups were happy about their decision but when they were asked a year later, the group that bought things for themselves nearly forgot. But the group that donated to the charity they chose still remembered and they still felt great about them selves.
That is why if you help someone, you will feel good about yourself. But anyways now getting back to the main show. Ting walked up to one of the crew members of the event and told them that he knew things about computers and things.
They allowed him in after they checked his ID. After Ting was brought to the site where there were technical difficulties, he saw it was a computer setup that wasn't working.
For Ting it was luckily not technical difficulties on something else. But, computers are his specialty. Then he began to diagnose the problem.
-
After a few minutes Ting Wo has founded the problem and fixed it. The problem was a problem with its RAM. All the issue was was that the motherboard couldn't read the RAM so all he did was blow onto the RAM's golden part and put the RAM back into the RAM slot. After he did that the computer quickly booted up again.
After the crew had thanked him he continued on his walk.
-
When Ting left, the announcer announced that a bystander chose to help them and fixed the problem. They announced his name and thanked him. They asked for a round of applause. However, this was happening when Ting was in the middle of his morning run.
He started to jog the rest of the way back to his apartment, but he was a bit hungry so he went to a restaurant before arriving back at home.
