As he came to a garden, he saw a group of people sitting with desks and chairs, with a few posters attached. The posters said "Special Community, Invite only"
Tristan was interested by the sign and so walked up to the desk. There were four people sitting there looking bored.
"What is this about?" Tristan asked.
"You a freshman?" One of the four asked. A guy.
"Uhuh. What is the Special Community about?" Tristan asked while rubbing his nose.
"Like the name says. Its a community of special people." A girl spoke up, brus.h.i.+ng her hair to the side.
"So how do you become a special person?" Tristan asked.
"Have you seen the news lately?" The woman asked.
"About the people with abilities? The stuff the government is hiding?" Tristan asked.
"Yep. This is for those people." The man said.
"Great, so how do I join?"
"Do you know magic or cultivate, create alchemy or use any other such techniques?" The guy asked.

"No, I am unable to use those." Tristan said.
"Well let us test and see." Another woman who had been quiet till now said while taking out a gla.s.s...o...b.. "This can test if you have any apt.i.tude for magic or cultivation or any elemental affinity."
Tristan sighed. "I can't use any of those." But the four urged him to touch the orb, so he did. Tristan held the orb and it glowed for a bit, before turning blank.
"You really have no talent for magic, cultivation, alchemy, body cultivation or even bloodline art." The guy said.
"Well, I did tell you so." Tristan said.
"So you've already tested before?" The four asked.
"Not really, but I knew I can't practice these techniques." Tristan said.
At that moment a group of two more people came to the desk. It was Joanna and Tina. Joanna greeted Tristan. "Hey brother, you came in a week early?"
"Yeah, I was tired of mom's nagging and decided to move in earlier. Was strolling around the campus and found this place." Tristan said.
The girl among the four who were sitting there was surprised. "Joanna, he is your brother?" Joanna nodded.
"Yes. I suppose he will be joining the Special Community?" Joanna said.
"He will join? But I just had him test using the testing orb. He has no talent in any of the practices." A guy in the four said.
Joanna laughed. "Even I don't understand him."
"What do you mean? How can he join the special community without having any talent? He would be useless." The girl said.
Tina yawned. "This is so boring. The four of you can fight him at once and see if he is useless or not."
Tristan smiled. "If the six of you bandy together and are able to even touch me, I'll admit defeat."
Tina rolled her eyes. "So you'll just use that horrifying black thing and stand still?"
"I won't use that at all. I will only dodge. The six of you can work together to touch me once." Tristan said with an overconfident smile.
"Okay, let's do it!" Joanna said. "I want to try some tricks with spells as well."
"Are you guys serious?" A guy asked.
"Don't go easy, my brother is very strong."
The six people circled Tristan like they were playing dodgeball. Tristan stood calmly. He wanted to use this opportunity to see how good his pa.s.sive skill [Intuitive Perception] was.
He stood calmly and closed his eyes. Then his other senses took over. He could smell, hear and feel the situation around him and a set of silhouettes formed around him who were moving very slowly. This was his [Intuitive Perception] mode which activated a sixth sense.
He could see every punch, kick, combination and spell from a mile away. With a simple side step, a slight bent, a step forward or a step back, he was constantly evading every attack without even moving much.
"What the heck?" Even Tina who had constantly had to overestimate his ability was shocked again. "He is barely moving and his eyes are closed and we can't seem to hit him. Look at his mocking smile." She gritted her teeth.
Joanna was also sweating. She was using some clever simple spells to make the environment unsuitable for dodging by making it slippery, freezing the ground or shooting flames. However, Tristan was slowly moving the encirclement around him around to other areas in the park simply by dodging alone.
Just by dodging, he was able to control the flow of the battle for over half an hour. This level of difficulty was not too much for him. Until these folks at least cross the first level of abilities in their practice to become equivalent to a first evolved, it would be hard for them to become a challenge for himself.
Tristan looked at Tina. "You're been at the boundary of the first level since the first time we met. Why haven't you broken through yet?" Tina was cultivating a wind cultivation art and was at the boundary of the first level since he had seen her at the auction.
Tina thought for a bit while she continued attacking him. "I don't know. Grandpa said I am not under pressure."
"Oh? Then do you want me to exert pressure?" Tristan asked.
Tina nodded. Suddenly Tristan's moves changed. From pure dodging , he began tracking their moves and pus.h.i.+ng them into a corner. He did that excessively to Tina, who was struggling to keep her balance. He still did not attack, but just using movement was able to put six people on a back foot.
Every time he moved he created this impression that he was going to launch a deadly attack on them and they would end up instinctively restricted.
Tina finally understood the meaning of pressure for the first time. She felt that Tristan kept coming onto her again and again amd she wanted to retaliate, but her hands never managed to find him, yet it felt lile his silhouette was just around the corner and he was going to hit her.
At this moment Tristan suddenly moved his fist and it felt lile the wind moved along with it. His fist was directed at Tina's forehead and she suddenly felt extremely vulnerable. Tristan suddenly exuded a ferocious aura as if he was going to kill her and she felt deathly afraid. At that moment she suddenly felt a huge change in her body, lile an energy bomb exploded within her and suddenly she felt she had broken through a limit, her body was being restructured and she felt her perceptions become much more stronger, yet she suddenly realized the deathly fist was still coming towards her face and she was powerless to stop it.
The others too were shocked and tried to stop it desperately, but could only see it from far away, the image of Tina's head being crushed was branded in their minds, but Tristan's hand stopped micrometers before Tina's forehead. He then flicked her. "Congratulations on breaking through."
