Calico Jack and Blackbeard were humans, while White Beard was from the Battle Body native species. The Dutchman was mysterious fugitive from the Ghost World, rumored to be from the Sea Ghost species.

With the death of Calico Jack, one fourth of the Pirate World was up for grabs. It was in this period that the five Rising Stars suddenly sprung up. They wished to capture the lands of Calico Jack and then fight against the remaining Kings. In this quest, most of the islands were put into turmoil, because allegiances didn't seem to matter anymore, especially in Calico's Jack's territory.

The human base was in the territory of Calico Jack and had some ties with him while Blackbeard was a complete renegade. As such, human influence on the planet was minimal and remained neutral. With Jack's death, some of the Rising Stars had tried to make trade deals with the human base.

As Tristan was drinking in the s.h.i.+pwreck, a group of pirates suddenly entered which immediately got the tavern quietened down. The pirates, in drunken stupor, began kicking tables and punching shouting at others to get lost.

The bartender quickly disappeared as did all the people who were crowded inside earlier, with the exception of one man. This man looked young, his hair was black and short, but his face looked extremely dull and ordinary. He was wearing simple clothes and quietly chugging down his beer. It was none other than Tristan in a new disguise.

The pirates got angry and crashed on his table. "Boy! Ya think ya brave or sumthin?" One fat man banged the table.

Another man took out a pistol and put it to Tristan's head. "Spit out all ya money, crank lad! Or I'll blow your brains out!" He seemed to be the leader of the pirates.

Tristan calmly put down his gla.s.s of beer. He looked up at the pistol. "Shoot!" He said firmly.

The man laughed, and then shot! However, the bullet simply went past Tristan's face and hit the wooden wall behind him. Tristan got up and shot out an energy blast from his body - Tree Energy Art!

The shockwave immediately blew back the pirates and they crashed into the walls of the tavern, leaving holes. Tristan calmly walked outside the tavern to find the pirates heavily injured and bleeding.

Tristan didn't even look at them, but simply said. "Gather yourselves up if you don't want to die. From today, a new Pirate King will rise in this world. You are henceforth members of my Vengeful Pirates Crew!"

The pirates looked at him with fear and quickly picked themselves up, trying to ingratiate themselves with this new leader. Tristan calmly took over their s.h.i.+p and the crew as well.

Over the next two weeks, a huge news broke out over the Pirate World. A new mysterious Pirate Crew had emerged. They were known as the Vengeful Pirates. Prowling over the territories of Calico Jack, they had attacked and captured several smaller pirate crews and become a relatively large force. The captain, a mysterious ghost like individual called Deadspin was being touted as the sixth Rising Star.

The territory of the Vengeful Pirates was expanding rapidly and the mysterious Pirate Deadspin had even discovered some of Calico Jack's hidden treasures. It was said that Deadspin's shockwaves could trigger fear in the heart of many a pirate.

In a small island known as Tortoise Island, two Rising Stars were discussing the matter of Pirate Deadspin.

"Another dangerous compet.i.tor has emerged." Pirate Twixt grunted.

"The rumors seem overblown. A ghost with a shockwave attack? Aren't ghosts supposed to haunt their opponents?" Pirate Sponge shook his head.

"Let's go and quash him. I've been itching for a fight." Twixt said.

In the waters of the Corola Sea, the Vengeful Pirates had made base on a fortified island. Their growth had been stellar and quick. With the discovery of Pirate King Jack's treasures they didn't lack wealth to expand and make more powerful s.h.i.+ps.

Today, lookouts suddenly signaled the alarm bells. Two fleets were coming towards the island signaling an attack. Tristan suddenly took out a telescope to see the flags of the s.h.i.+ps.

"Two Rising Stars. Good, I can finally show them who is boss." Tristan spoke out loudly to raise the morale.

The Vengeful Pirates suddenly marshalled their s.h.i.+ps out in a formation organized by Tristan. Pirates were good at guerilla warfare, but when it came to full scale battles, it was mostly about the captains forcing the opponent to submission in a direct fight. The primitive techniques of the Pirate World, couldn't fare against the complicated formation maneuvers Tristan had set up for his pirate crew.

Tristan, meanwhile, rushed into the sea. In his energy form, he was running over the Sea's surface.

The Vengeful Pirates loudly cheered. "The captain is going to beat them head on! Attack!"

Twixt and Sponge, both saw Deadspin beam towards them with extraordinary speed and were startled. They had one word in their mind, intimidating.

However, the two immediately rushed over as well, displaying their Battle Bodies which had crossed the first stage. Tristan smiled. He would finally be able to test his energy body against a first evolved in battle. Battle Bodies were also resistant to energy attacks, so he was interested in seeing how he fared.

The three individuals clashed in battle. Tristan sent out a powerful shockwave as a test, he was planning to use the complicated motions of the Tree Energy Art in battle along with the Repulsion tactics of the Raven Tattoo.

As the the shockwave hit the two battle bodies, they were blown back, however, they suffered from minimal damage. Tristan wasn't too surprised since it was only a preliminary attack to gauge the waters, and what he saw made him happy.
