Out of the Owen, Ethan and Sean, if you were to ask yourself, 'Who has the easiest life?'. You'd be correct to say Sean. Sean has friends that care for him, a brother that he loves very much and tons of talent when it comes to sport. Although this may be the case, it's not always easy for him.
Being the youngest and second child, he was often ignored for his older brother. His parents don't speak to each other much, even to this day, it is unknown if they are still married or not. The arrival of a child was too much for them but they managed. They managed to save their child that was on the verge of failing using whatever means necessary. Many years later they were shocked when Sean was born. You could call him a mistake, that's what his dad does, but to his mother and brother, he is family.
"Hey, Matt…" Sean said. "Wanna go to the park and play football?"
"Sure!" Sean's brother, Matt is currently 27 years old and lives with Sean and his Mother. The two of them were as close as brothers could be. They spent their free time together and Matt would make a lot of sacrifices just to spend time with Sean.
There was a small park just down the road from their house. Their mother wasn't one to complain about their activities, she was happy just to see them play together.
"Why don't we play a match against those people using the net?" Matt asked as Sean began juggling the ball on his knees.
"Hmmm. Nah. I'm fine with it just being the two of us."
"Very well then."
"Ah, and put out that cigarette. Mum will kill you if she sees you smoking."
Matt's life was full of ups and downs, in these times he's picked up habits from his friends that his family would disagree with, although he has tried quitting many times. He always finds himself using it as a way to deal with stress.
"Hey, Sean?" Matt asked. "What do you think about dad?"
"Dad? I haven't seen him in a while. I hear mum talk to him on the phone and it doesn't sound like things are going well."
"You gotta look out for mum. Make sure she is ok."
"Of course. I'm always helping her out and will be there if needed."
The family of three have been together for a while. Sean often keeps his family life private from his friends but Ethan and Owen already knew about it all. They had met Matt several times and they understand Sean's respect for him. Matt was the father Sean wished he had growing up, and he didn't want anything else.
"I might be moving away," Matt said causing Sean to drop the ball which slowly rolled away.
"W-what do you mean?"
"I'm going to be 28 soon. I can't stay with you and mum forever."
It had never occurred to Sean that Matt had to give up to look after him. Sean was always carefree with his brother and didn't care about anything else.
"I… I see," Sean said as he tried to start back up his kicking but kept messing up.
"I'll still be around. I'll still come and visit. You can also come to visit me. I'm just a phone call away."
"Yeah, You're right!"
The two of them continued to play football together until they were called by their mother for dinner. Sean quickly rushed down his food and run out into their compact garden to continue kicking the ball around.
"I don't understand him sometimes." Matt said to his mum. "I know he is upset about me moving out. I wish I could look after him forever but sadly I can't."
"You don't have to move out just yet." The mother said. "But when you do, just remember that I'll be ok. Sean will look after me and when it's his time to leave, I'll be alright on my own. You know what's happened between me and your father. Although we are still 'married' we have split up. I've thrown the ring away. He only calls so we can officially get divorced. You two are my pride and joy. You've grown into a fine man, Matt. And so has Sean."
"I'm worried he'll miss me. He's not good with expressing how he feels."
"I don't know about that. He's become a bit happier recently, don't you think? Maybe he's met a girl?" His mother said.
"The day Sean introduces us to his girlfriend, that will be a good day."
Matt smiled happily as he watched his brother run around the garden, enjoying his life.

"Forget Sean." His mother began to speak. "When are you getting married? 27 and no girlfriend. Whatever happened to that last girl?"
"Mum… Please just leave it… I promise I'll get married one day…"
This was an average day for this household. Despite their family situation, they were all happy. They all loved each other and every moment they spent together.
