"... Teacher, do you think I am a transformer or something? My racial trait is simple. I only have three specialities. First of all my body becomes stronger just like werewolves but compared to their mine is on the weaker side. Secondly, just like kitsunes my tails act like pseudo altars and let me control additional elements. 

The last trait should the real unique trait of my race; Devour. Basically, I can consume elemental treasures to make my body stronger. If I consume a treasure of an element I don't control, I can conjure a new elemental tail that lets me control said element. Lastly, I can devour magical attacks of the elements I control to replenish my prana and even go over my maximum capacity for a short amount of time.

How is it? Pretty cool right?" Linri explained with pride.

He really liked his racial trait. It felt like he had a cheat like an MC of a light novel. It would have been even better if he was living in the past where elemental treasures were in abundance.

"Huh? That's a pretty generic talent, isn't it? There are Tao Tie who can devour anything, Phoneix who can devour any kind of flames and even Hallows who are known to devour souls. These are just the ones I named from the top of my head and there should be several more.

However, none of them is just forced to devour treasures if they want to get stronger. If you ask me you were handed the short end of the stick" said Amie after shrugging.

Linri wanted to cry. He knew that his talent was s.h.i.+tty. Yep, there was no way in h.e.l.l that he would get access to something broken. However, did you really have to go and shatter his dreams? DID YOU!!!?

"So if I did not understand it wrong you want something that can help you get stronger without having to consume treasures right?"

Linri nodded furiously.

"Suit yourself. I think it would have easier for you to search ancient ruins or pocket dimension for treasures"

"What do you mean? Isn't that common knowledge?"

"Well, it's mostly eastern countries that use them so you might not have heard of this before I suppose," Amie said to console Linri. She found that it was pretty fun to see his troubled expression. 

She made a mental note to mess with him whenever they meet in the future. Most of the students in here were not fun to mess with as their expressions were pretty generic but this little guy seemed pretty gullible and kept surprising her. She definitely wouldn't get bored of messing with him.

"So? What do you want to focus on? Magic or body? You can even focus both of them at the same time but it wouldn't be as efficient as focusing on one of them. Then again if what you said is true your race might have talent in this category but who knows"

"I want to focus both!"

"Woah there little guy don't get so excited. If you want to focus on magic too you will have to build an altar first if I am not wrong. Did you already build yours?"

"Nope, I am still 15 so there should be about 8 months left before I can"

"Then why are you in such a hurry?"

"How many times our shool got attacked past this month?"

"Yeah, you are right but doesn't the old fogeys in the school protect you guys?"

"Don't tell me you thought these were real attacks? This school has a deeper background then you think. If they didn't deem it as something students can handle they wouldn't even be able to touch you guys.

That actually made sense. No wonder Lyra agreed to send him here despite knowing about Autumnfall. So there wasn't any danger they couldn't handle in the first place. It also explained why the families of the students who died never made trouble with the school. They must be thinking the same thing.

"Nope, they didn't but even if they did I doubt they would have cared anyway"

After saying that Amie walked towards Linri and touched his head with her hand. Black tentacle-like substances pierced Linri's head. He didn't panic at all as if Amie wanted to it shouldn't have been hard to kill him.

"Huh, so your body leans towards the direction of speed. Wait! Divine power?" Amie pulled back her hand and looked towards Linri with stars in her eyes.

Was this a good thing? Can this be considered a good thing? Maybe?

"Before you ask, I had contacted ancient deities before but considering they were the deities of a forgotten civilization I doubt you have heard of them before," said Linri.

Amie just rolled her eyes to what Linri said.

"So you already knew you were competing for the throne?"

"Throne?"

"You didn't? Hehehe, this makes it more interesting. Since you are such a lucky b.a.s.t.a.r.d you can figure what it is yourself. However, let me give you a hint. Search why G.o.ds are forgotten and why the church of the sun is the biggest religion? I knew you weren't going to let me down"

What the h.e.l.l did she find? Last time Old Pervert checked him he had said Linri didn't possess any divine power and Amie was saying something else.

"Good boy," said Amie and patted Linri's head. 

Since she was treating him like a dog should Linri wag his tails to make her happy?

"Woah Aunty Amie managed to turn her pet into a human. Hey aunty how did you do that?" Kekkei appeared behind Amie and said those words.

Amie's hair turned purple instantly.

Linri's mouth made an O shape. He was definitely TBB's character. Who in their right mind would call a woman obsessed with her age Aunty? Too bad TBB wasn't here to see that. He definitely would have liked to see how this chaos would have turned out.

Amie didn't do anything just looked towards Kekkei and smiled. Then she patted him on the shoulder and suddenly blood started to gush from every inch of Kekkei's body.

"*Cough* Auntry what did I do?" said Kekkei after coughing up blood.

Linri could not see what Amie was doing but Kekkei started to spurt even more blood. If he wasn't immortal he would have died already.

Linri clicked yes without hesitation.

"Little guy I am suddenly annoyed so you can take your leave now. I will see you in our cla.s.s" said Amie while dragging the now pa.s.sed out Kekkei.

"Yes Te I mean yes big sister see you in cla.s.s!" said Linri.

He was about to call her teacher when he noticed Amie's dangerous gaze so he immediately changed the way he was addressing her. He dodged a bullet there.

After seeing Amie walk away with Kekkei's corpse Linri immediately clicked on the file Amie sent to see its contents.
