When the first light of day came, Panda had woken up before Zhao Wei had. She usually woke up at this time to take a dump. Her eyes were still half asleep and her vision blurred. Propping up her self up on his body, she stretched her spine like a cat and begun to move. Evidently she still thought she was in the usual bed as her speed didn't falter even as she reached the edge of the sleeping bag.

Luckily this next step was her front feet, not her back feet else she'd have sent herself sky diving. As her first foot came down, she didn't feel a surface. Swinging the fluffy paws around she touched nothing but air. Slowly one of her eyes perked up.

Instantly both of her eyes opened wide as she sent a scream at the sight of a 500 meter drop. From behind her a pop rang out. Her body felt a lot lighter but she stiffened. Her neck creaked as she turned to look behind her.

Zhao Wei's bloodshot eyes were staring towards the heavens. In his mind all he could think was, G.o.d if you have any mercy take me now. On his fore head a pile of brown bulbs stacked up quite neatly. Out of shock Panda had relieved herself on top of him. His eyes began to tear up and his nose seemed to shrivel into pinholes.

Then one of the bulbs started rolling down his forehead to the bridge of the nose between his eyes. Apparently the sleeping bag hadn't been tied on the same level. He tried to struggle to get himself out, but he was bundled up nicely in the sleeping bag like a b.u.t.terfly in a coc.o.o.n.

His struggling actually made the marble move faster, reaching the bottom of his nose. His struggle became more frantic as he screamed through his closed mouth. He wanted to scream out loud, but he feared that if he screamed that this aromatic bubble would enter his mouth.

Through all this Panda had already escaped downwards, plunging her horn into the tree bark to slow her descent. From the forest floor she looked up, a few seconds pa.s.ss... "MMMMMMMPPPPHHh!!!"

——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

In a pond nearby, Zhao Wei was scrubbing his body hard. Next to him, Panda looked apologetically.

Just as she opened her mouth to let out a squeak, "Chi.."

"DON'T YOU EVEN!!" He screamed. He'd scrubbed himself from top to bottom at least seven times but he still felt dirty. He felt like a harlot who'd been used, crouching on the ground crying as he washed himself.

As he was was.h.i.+ng himself, he watched the water flow down his body. Thinking about his highschool science cla.s.ses on atoms and how ripples and vibrations moved through interconnected atoms.

He had felt a similarity between this theory and the pulses of energy in the flow. Focusing on the flow, this time he entered in again. But he wasn't blocked, he wasn't knocked out, he could see as clear as day the flow of energy linking him and the mold for his skill.

He still couldn't manipulate it well but he could move it. s.h.i.+fting it to an empty area in the s.p.a.ce next to where his Wrap Trap mold was, he created an imaginary boundary for his new trap and connected the flow with it, filling it up slowly.

He was on cloud nine. The only qualm he had right now is that he reached this understanding because he'd washed himself continuosly from... He couldn't even go there, shuddering just from thinking about the incident.

Once he achieved this, he actually didn't leave the water for a few hours. It was like his mind could split between his physical realm and mental realm. Before he only felt all this by feeling the flow's movement and fluctuations, almost like a bat using echolocation.

The mold of the Wrap Trap was formed of the same blue lights that flowed when it was activated in real life. It was flat and cylindrical almost like a Petri dish, a mark similar to the symbol next to his skill description in the status page was seen on top of it.

Next to this mold, another mold was placed, but this one was clear, there was no mark on it yet, it was still a clean slate, but the flow was already connected to it in a single stream from his body.

He wasn't sure how long it'll take to complete, but he hoped it was soon because he had exactly 9 days left before the fight came and he still had preparations to do....

Preparations!! Zhao Wei ran straight out of the pond. "Panda! We've got to go!!" He was behind schedule, through all that happened today he missed half of the day hours which he had set to prepare some equipment for the upcoming hunt.

Panda had folded her ears on her head to close her eyes while she berated Zhao Wei with a barrage of squeaks.

Zhao Wei saw her cute pose and didn't catch the squeaks, lifting her up and pressing her against his wet naked body before sprinting away.

A few minutes later he came back with several bruises on his head. Picking up his clothes he turned to look at Panda who was balanced on her one leg and had her two forearms folded on top of her torso.

Rubbing his head he groaned, "did you have to hit me?"

"Chi chi chi chi"

""But you're usually naked as well"

"Chi chi chi CHI!! CHIi!!!" She screamed.

"You know what that's not fair, it's not like you skinned another rabbit and put it's fur on you body", he continued, "if it's your own fur it's basically body hair!!"

Like this, mans and rabbit bickered peacefully as they walked back. If they were seen like this, it would almost seem like a difficult fight wasn't ahead of them but a normal daily life together.
