She tried CPR but as soon as she did she saw the folly in it. She looked at her own hands covered in her blood and screamed at the top of her lungs. In Radley's mind, Diff had already sounded all sorts of alarms to tell him to stop pus.h.i.+ng himself. The was a sudden cough that came from Rita. Somehow, someway Radley brought someone from the point of death back into the living world. Radley looked bad. Every hole he had in his face was producing blood. Ears, mouth, nose and his eyes. All he could do was smile as he saw her wake up looking at him, "Radley? Where are we?"

He started to cry tears of joy that mixed into his blood. He pulled her closer, "I am so happy to see that you are still alive, my dear Rita."

With that, his eyes closed as he flopped forward, with Rita still in his arms.

Elita was gobsmacked but she quickly recovered. Now Radley was in danger, "Kai, we need to get him back to town and fast."

She ran to check on Rita who was still in some shock, "What happened?"

"I will explain everything later. For now, Radley is in real bad shape. Are you strong enough to move?"

She nodded her head, "Yeah, why?"

Elita was soundly impressed. He gave her a complete recovery. Not even the top healers were able to do that, "we need to get Radley back to town."

Rita only then realized what was going on when she came to her senses and saw Radley's condition, "We need to call your mother!"

"Already sent her a message."

"We should make him a stretcher, we could use that skin."

"Radley would have our heads if we did that. His ores, I think? Are in there."

Just then Adira arrived. It scared the h.e.l.l out of the girls, "What happened?"

"Holy c.r.a.p! Mom, you can move when you want to. Radley is a really bad state. We need to get him treatment."

"What happened!?"

"We will tell you everything on the way, for now, we need to get him to town."

Adira picked him up after he saw his condition, "You girls better keep up, and what happened to your clothes, Rita?"

"That's what I like to know."

Elita sighed, "I will explain everything on the way."

Kai interrupted, "What about the rock in that skin bag?"

Adira asked, "What about them?"

"Radley was pretty adamant about this stuff."

"Then bring it along." Adira placed her phone on the ground, "We should be able to find this place again. It seems there was a lot that went one here."

"As I said Mother, I will explain everything on the way."

Radley woke up looking at a familiar ceiling. Was he back at the B&B? He felt somebody holding his hand. He looked to who it was and saw Rita. She smiled at him when she saw him wake, "Welcome back to the land of the living, Radley."

"I died?"

"No, but apparently it was rather, touch and go. I want to show you something."

She removed her s.h.i.+rt and unstrapped her bra bearing her b.r.e.a.s.t.s to him. Radley immediately grabbed his blanket and threw it over her, "What the h.e.l.l are you doing!?"

"Showing my scar?"

Radley recalled the events of the day, "You really don't need too."

"But that's just it. I want to."

"I think it rather inappropriate."
