"It is all very simple, you go into the village, you pose as a new adventurer, you get some money and buy some proper clothes and equipment, and with your capabilities you will be able to climb the social ladder until you can become the leader of the town. This will significantly increase your social standing and give you access to more delicate information. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT START EATING PEOPLE!"

Qu was fairly sure she understood most of plan, so without wasting any more time she went straight into town. First thing she noticed was that a lot of people were giving her odd looks, it could either be because she was new in town, her fingertips were slightly red or because she was near enough naked. But Qu couldn't really care what they think, so she continued through town until she realised something, she didn't know how to sign up as an adventurer or even where she had to go to do it. So she used an ability she hadn't much, she chose to user her natural mana sense she got when she became a wizard, and she tried to track the earth mage she let go. But she soon realised it would be harder than she thought at first, as a lot of different mages lived in town. So she did the next best thing, she guessed that a lot of mages would become adventurers due to their abilities, so she tracked different mana until she found the building with the largest concentration of mana. So she stepped inside of the building that was labelled as a 'tavern', it was very weird in there. A large concentration of different people were there, some of them were drinking different liquids from wooden cups and some were chatting together and having fun. But the most important thing was a large board with multiple pieces of paper pinned to it, and from what she could tell each of these had a different request, some of them were requests to gather different herbs in the forest, some to gather meat and pelts from animals and on the odd occasion a piece of paper would request for someone to exterminate a type of dangerous creature. She continued to look over the board, that was until the owner of the bar interrupted her, "Excuse me love, i'm guessing your new and im positive you need money. If you need a job you can grab a request from the board and hopefully get enough money to buy some decent clothing". Qu thanked the man and grabbed a request for special herbs, she then gave the piece of paper to the owner, once she did that the man told her to put her hand on a crystal and put some mana into it, once she did so it glowed and the man told her that she was now officially an adventurer and that the request could officially be put under her name. After all of this she quickly left the tavern as more and more people in the tavern started to pay more attention to her and it started to make her feel more uncomfortable until she couldn't stand it anymore. Once she left the tavern she checked the request again and it stated that she had to gather some 'priest petal' which was apparently was a flower which helped in making healing potions, and she also had to gather some 'wizards leaf' which was used in the making of mana potions. The 'priest petal' was apparently a small flower with pure white petals and a golden centre, while the 'wizards leaf' had a long, curling stem with a large leaf attached to it and the whole thing coloured light green. So she head off into the forest and went searching for the different plants she needed to gather.
When she got far enough into the forest that she could no longer hear or smell the village anymore, she got straight to searching, the first thing she did was try to sense the 'wizards leaf' with her mana sense seeing that it must have some sort of mana in them if they made mana potions. And after a little while she was able to find one of the leafs, the mana was very weird it seemed pure and it had no elemental attunement, it was just a blank canvas. After a.n.a.lysing it, she uprooted the plant and threaded it through her skirt. Once she found the first one, it became easier to find the plant, as she got a better feel for what the mana looked like. She continued to gather the 'wizards leaf' until she had gathered 10 of it, then she went on to start looking for the 'priests petal', this was harder to do as she couldn't track them down with mana. But soon enough she found one of them and it definitely looked unique among all of the other plants near to it, after carefully looking over the flower so that she would be able to more easily spot the flower in the future, she plucked it and threaded it through her skirt like the rest of the plants she got. Then after a couple more hours of searching in the forest she was able to obtain a total of 5 'priest petal', after gathering that much she chose to start to head back to the village before it turned completely dark. After around an hour of walking she made it back to the village and she head straight to the tavern to hand in the request, after giving the piece of paper back to the owner of the bar and the different plants she gathered he gave her 7 copper coins. After picking the man's brains for a little bit she found that there are 100 copper coins for a silver, 100 silver coins for a gold, 100 gold for a platinum, he did say there are currencies higher than that, but she didn't have to worry about that unless she became the leader of a town or city.
After learning all of this she said thanks to the owner and headed out of the tavern and went looking for a store that sold clothing so that she could buy some proper clothing with the money she earnt, so that she wouldn't stick out so much.
