Jing Yiran had forgotten how much he suffered from Mu Qing’s needle sometime back, when he started to swear at him.

Mu Qing was too surprised to argue with him, so he asked him calmly, “Does Lu know that you are being so nice to her?”

Furious, Jing Yiran answered subconsciously, “Of course, she does!”

“When did you guys get together? You hid it well!”

“We… none of your business! Are you taking out the blood or not?!” Jing Yiran looked so furious. This man was such a gossipmonger.

Mu Qing was actually trying to test if his feelings for Lu were true or not.

This was surreal. Jing Yiran had feelings for Lu!

Mu Qing stared at Jing Yiran as if he were staring at a stranger, then he said after a long pause, “In your case, the max amount is a little bit more than 1000ml. Any more than that would kill you instantly. But 1000ml can cause dizziness and you will feel pain in the following days.”

He could truly see that Jing Yiran had changed tremendously after his near-death experience and that he adored Lu to the marrow, now!

“It is fine, take the max amount out.” Jing Yiran did not care about how terrible his situation would be. He just wanted to give some more blood to Lu.

Mu Qing felt that Jing Yiran had been blinded by love, so he did not dare to make a decision but turned to Jing Yichen for instructions.
