Yuki drank the wine and smiled, "This is quite nice. I think that I could drink the whole bottle to myself."

Cedric smiled and allowed her to finish off the cup and he filled it up again. Cedric handed Claude the open bottle and opened a second bottle. "We made all sorts of shrimp. The flavours are interesting and the one that looks like it might be hot is hot."

Sephira picked a little of each of the shrimp. "I will take the chance and try them all."

Cedric severed some for Yuki and handed her the plate. "I know that you reapplied the sun lotion so I am glad that you did not forget."

Yuki took her plate and smiled, "I was worried that I would burn and you will no longer love my burnt body." She fake pouts. "In all honesty, I was worried that I could die from the sun. I know that the rays are dangerous for us vampires but I think Mich.e.l.le is okay. I wonder if there is a trick? I would one day like to not have to go through such lengths."

"There is a way but since you are transitioning it will take time. Just make sure that you are getting into the sun a little each day. That will help I think after three months you will no longer need the sungla.s.ses." Claude takes a lot of the spicy shrimp and finishes off the wine in his gla.s.s and pours himself more.

Cedric kissed Yuki's cheek, "for now let's not worry about this. Let us celebrate the reunion and let us all have a great time today." He picked up his gla.s.s and finished it off. Then he picked up his fork and started to eat the food that was on his plate.

Yuki took a bit of each of the shrimp and sighed in appreciation. All the flavours Cedric placed on her plate were normal and delicious. "This is well done. Thank you for cooking. I think that this turned out lovely."

Sephira ate all the shrimp that she placed on her plate and she went back for seconds. She ate so much but it never felt like she was full. "I think I understand why werewolves are called gluttons. The stomach almost never feels full. I have eaten so much already but I still feel hungry."

"That is the way of a werewolf. I almost always feel hungry. It is okay though. I have the money to feed myself and I also can cook. When I go hunting as a wolf it is exhilarating and I will take you on the next full moon. You will understand what I mean once you experience it for yourself." Claude smiled and looked at Sephira while eating the shrimp.

"Whereas vampires are the opposite. We do not need to eat mortal food and it does nothing to sustain me but it tastes great!" Yuki had eaten all the shrimp on her plate. She looked at Cedric and picked up the gla.s.s and slowly drank the contents. "I am enjoying this wine."

"I am glad that you are liking it." Cedric ate slowly and drank the wine with her and enjoyed relaxing with everyone. "I hope that you all are enjoying yourselves."

"Cedric, how would I not enjoy myself? I get to eat Seafoooooood! It is rare that we come out this way. It is nice that you got to do something here." Claude smiled and kept eating. "Sephira, do not worry about the amount of food that you eat. You have a baby growing inside of you and Yuki really will not eat all that much. I know this for a fact."

"Yes, if you are worried about me, please do not. If I need something I will drink Cedric's blood. I only eat for appearances' sake. I really am not hungry and I drank a little blood already." Yuki smiled and drank the wine.

"Sorry, it is just weird for me. I am not used to dining with a vampire. Yuki will you forgive your foolish friend?" Sephira smiled and was blus.h.i.+ng.

"Of course, as you did nothing wrong that really isn't anything that I need to forgive. I am used to what I eat but that does not mean that everyone else is. Well that might not be true Claude and Cedric are probably used to it. I don't know how they are able to deal with all that they do." Yuki finishes off the wine and her eyes sparkle.

Cedric looks at Yuki and smirks. "Do you want me to add some blood this time? I know what I have done that for you in the past and you loved it."

Claude chuckles and pulls Sephira closer. "You really do not need to worry. I did the most work for the food. Cedric boiled them and I peeled them. We both tossed the batches on frying pans. As for the blood, it is the best thing for a vampire."

"I am not worried about that nor am I queasy about seeing blood. I just worry that my friend is not getting all that she would want." Sephira smiles and leans her head on Claude's shoulder.

"Can I have that Cedric? I want to try again. Your blood is my weakness." Yuki smiled and blushed.

Cedric picked up Yuki's gla.s.s and sliced his wrist deep and let the blood half fill the cup then he lifted his wrist to her lips. "Heal the wound."

Yuki licked the wound and made sure to not let a single drop of blood go to waste. "Thank you, Dear. I know that it can be painful to injure yourself for me."

"It is what it is and you take the pain away by healing it." He took the cup and slowly poured it into the blood inside. He gently swirled the cup as the wine was poured into the blood. "This is going to drive you wild." He stops and hands the gla.s.s back to Yuki.

Claude chuckles knowing what Cedric meant and he stabbed some more shrimp and fed them to Sephira. "Just watch and you will see what Cedric means."
