You are totally mistaken if you're thinking what I am thinking. Nothing happened between Micheal and me last night, Mike isn't the type to take advantage of someone in their worst state. I meant advantage in a big way.

I've met with lots of a.s.sholes who are nothing but d.i.c.ks. I was totally helpless last night and he was there to help. This, Is like the 4th time he has saved me and I owe him a lot. He was lovely last night so was our little chat. I comfortably slept the whole time during our ride last night.

Micheal driving me home was more I could ask, he didn't let me protest before hauling my bicycle into his trunk and aiding me into his car. Well, That was the terrible mistake we made. Though I saw it coming I expected my dad to be asleep when I got home. But he wasn't. He waited in the living room. Patiently waited for his daughter's return with a gla.s.s of water. He always felt something anytime something happens to his little angel. It's like we have this bond that he'd felt it whenever I get hurt.

When I staggered inside, he quietly walked out from where he sat. Dad's eyes fell on my feet, the look on his face was a look I've never seen before without questions he hurried outside. Too tired to peek on them, I just retired to my room. hurrying to take a quick shower.

later that night my dad came to my room, he was more calmed than before he stormed out of the house, in my mind I was like what really happened between them.

"Baby, how are you feeling now". Dad asked softly. I quietly moved to him and lay my head on his shoulder. He didn't bring up Michael's issues last but when morning came. My dad was already downstairs with Magritte and Micheal!. They had tea before he walked to my room with a smiling face.

"Angie, that lad downstairs is worth spending time with". He smiled as he helped comb my hair.

"Good for you". I said and eye him suspiciously through the mirror.

"So when are you planning on introducing us?". He asked that sounded more like Magritte than my father.
