"What is he speaking? Is he mad? How can he give up like that?" Dolly said in worry.

"Wait, Dolly, let us listen to him properly Maybe there is a valid reason behind his speech like this. May be  he wanted to tell us something else." Zinu replied.

           Dolly nodded and looked at the screen attentively. Tonny Heck was very happy to hear the opening sentences of John.

'That means John already have up! !Now my road is clear to be the CEO of the Smith Enterprise.' Tonny Heck thought and smiled. But his smile faded to hear the next few sentences.

"I know there are a lot of people are here to take the position. What is the use of a position If we can not give time to our family, even when they are in need of us most? I  could not do anything for my family for this position. So, I would be the happiest person, if anyone comes forward to take the responsibilities. Atleast I would spend some quality time with my family. 

               The position of CEO is not merely a status of the society, it brings so many responsibilities along with. As people generally think, it does not only gives us money and power. Apart from this, we have to think about a lot of things. We have to think about the employee, whose mother is a cancer patient and has no one to look after, we have to think about the worker, whose house had blown away by the storm, we have to think about that employee who can not get much family time,  we have to think about the terrorist attacks on our shopping mall in the foreign country, we have to think about how to convince the terrorist to compromise with us, we also have to think about some schemes of our own employees, who took an oath, to be honest, and faithful in their first day of job. We also think about our compet.i.tor who applied various unfair means to harm the company. Please don't think that only thinking about all this could solve our problems. We have to find out the best solutions to solve all these.

               This company was founded by my grandfather. That time it was not this big Smith Enterprise, It was a small company. But now it has grown up. Now it can bring fame, status, respect and also money. But do you think that anything comes to us in free? No,my dear friend.We have to pay for everything. I also had to pay, for all those which I get in my life. It was not that easy to stand here.

                   Now  if anyone comes forward to take all my responsibilities, I will happily hand over it, but I can not push my responsibilities to a person who does not deserve it. Yes, if someone comes forward who is worthy of it, I would happily give up."

               Everyone stunned by his his last two sentences.

'What is he saying? We have already seen that Tonny Heck is an eligible candidate. How he can say that Tonny Heck does not deserve the position?'

                 Everyone was thinking the same thing. Tonny Heck was also surprised at his words. How can John openly say that he is not eligible!

                  Tonny Heck stood up from his chair and asked John angrily."Mr John Smith, I know you are a good businessman and also you have done a lot for the company, you are the richest man in the country, but that does not mean that you should think that we people are n.o.body. How can you say that I do not deserve the position of the CEO of Smith Enterprise? How can you say that I am not worthy enough to be the CEO? I am the CEO of my company, although it is very small, I know how to manage a company.

                  I already proved my eligibility in front of everyone. Then where do you get the right to insult me? Don't try to bully the weaker person, although it is what one of your habit. You have to prove that I am not worthy. You have to show all of us that I do not deserve the position."

         John smiled at him.

'This man is not smart enough.' He thought.

"Mr Tonny Heck please calm down. I have not completed my speech yet. Please let me continue. Otherwise, I could not convey my message to all properly. I request the directors to please help me to complete my performance at least." John said  in calm voice and paused for a minute to see the reactions of the people present there. The directors were in a daze. They could not understand what is happening.

                  Tonny Heck was now angrier than before. He yelled at John."What is the meaning of all these? I am very much sure that you are here to insult me. I request all the directors to please stop all these. I think you should start to vote now."

                    The directors were surprised to see the change in Tonny Heck's behaviour. They could not understand, why he was being impatient. It was the rule of the compet.i.tion that n.o.body could disturb the candidate during his performance.

"Mr.Tonny Heck. You should let Mr John complete his performance. You should not disturb him. Let him keep his views in front of everyone." One of the directors said. Tonny nodded and sit down in his chair.

                 Actually, Tonny Heck did not think that John Smith could give such a powerful speech. He thought John had already left the hope of his position when all the directors had told him to do so. He tried to anger John, by saying that he should leave the position, but instead of getting angry, he challenged everyone to compete with him. He never thought that John could openly tell him unworthy. By now he understood why John is known as clever as a fox. John could kill his foe with his polite attack.
