New Age Of Summoners 143 Mysterious Cave

At a random area in the s.h.i.+xato wilds,

"I can sense my spiritual mark," the older birdman became excited all of a sudden.

It's been more than 6 hours, he began his search but was unable to find anything.

Just when he was about to lose his hope in finding them, he sensed his lost spiritual mark on the ice sparrow and the lightning hawk, which made him excited.

"Huh?" Although he was able to sense his spiritual imprints on their bodies, some kind of barrier was interfering with his connection with them.

"Although, I can't pinpoint their exact location due to the disturbances in the essence of nature, they are hiding in a cave which is causing that interference," the older birdman shook his head but didn't lose hope.

"There are only 5-6 caves that can interfere with my spiritual sense in this s.h.i.+xato wilds," he thought in his mind and looked at the Raweth whom he was dragging with some dark elemental chains which were wrapped all over his body.

"Just bear with it for a little longer, soon, you will feel no pain," the older birdman said with an eerie laugh and started checking the caves that could interfere with his spiritual sense.

Ajax walked to and fro for a way to escape from the older birdman and thought of all the possible trump cards he had.

"I have the feather from the Lightning Dragon Hawk Emperor which can block two attack from the King realm cultivators" he only had one trump card with him, and even that could only block two attacks.

"I think I should consume the strength potion and activate the flight ability from the feather and escape from him," Ajax finally thought of this in case the older birdman managed to find him.

What he could do in front of the great strength.

That was to Escape.

Strength potion increases his physical strength by the factor of three, and it will help him withstand the attacks from the older birdman at least 20-30% (According to the system)

After that, he relaxed, and his worry lessened with this mysterious cave that was helping him from the older birdman.

But, what he didn't know was that the older birdman already guessed his location and began his search.

"12 more hours to leave this h.e.l.l," Ajax didn't feel his initial excitement and just wanted to escape from this five elemental world.

Seconds turned into minutes,

Minutes into Hours.

Hour after hour, soon 6 hours pa.s.sed in a flash, but for Ajax, they were like years that never pa.s.s.

Suddenly he heard sounds coming from the cave entrance and became alert.

He took out his strength portion and his important trump card Lightning Dragon Hawk Emperor's feather and warily looked at the incoming silhouette.

When he saw the silhouette, his worst fears became real, that the older birdman finally found him.

Behind the older birdman, he saw Raweth who was imprisoned with the dark elemental chains.

"What have I got here," As soon as the older birdman came inside the hidden cave, he said with a surprised look on his face.

"An elemental spirit summoner, that's a rare profession for even humans," he carefully looked at every elemental spirit and carefully observed Ajax.

"There might be a high level human in the surroundings, I should be careful," when he saw the number of Elemental spirits and only one human, he acted with caution.

According to him, a summoner was a rare profession, and among them, having four elemental spirits was unique when he saw how young Ajax was.

'He must be from a top family but where is his guardian?' He checked his surroundings.

Only when he sensed there was no one, he directly checked Ajax's spirit consciousness for the two birds.

When he saw the birds were not in his consciousness, he thought, 'I can feel they are here, but why can't I see them'.

The reason he can't seem them was, Snow and Ice sparrow were in the inner world and with the mysterious cave disturbing his spirit senses, he was not able to pinpoint their exact location.

So, he asked Ajax in his eerie voice, "Hey kid, did you see two birds around here." 

"No," Ajax replied innocently.

Why would he say 'I was the one who stored them in a separate s.p.a.ce'.

"Huh?" The older birdman nodded his head and turned around to leave.

Once Ajax saw him leave the cave, he heaved a sigh of relief.

Before he could complete his sigh action, a mysterious black energy came at him with very speed.

Just as that mysterious energy was about to hit him, a Lightning s.h.i.+eld formed in front of him and blocked it.

"What the heck!" Ajax exclaimed at the mysterious black energy that came from the exit of the cave.

"Hahaha," soon he heard the laughter of the older birdman and bitterly sighed.

"Finally found you, so you are the one who is hiding my keys. I know something about you is wrong but I didn't expect that fool hawk tribe leader gave you their heaven grade artifact," the older birdman came back with the chained Raweth who was flying like a balloon.

Ajax looked at the feather in his hand that saved his life just now.

'Ding,

     Remaining blocks:- 1/3 

"The number of attacks the feather can block has changed from 2/3 to 1/3 which means it can only block one more attack," Ajax was glad it saved his life, but still he felt he was going to die in the hands of the older birdman.
