My Multiverse Trip 286 286. Next Ring.

Like this time pa.s.sed by and it was inevitable that I would hit level 20 and need to go for my next spirit ring. Xiao Wu is lucky that once she hits level 20 she can just sit down and focus and she automatically gets her next ring.

Sitting at the table me and teacher were going over the book looking at monsters and trying to figure out what I should get next. In the book tang sans next spirit ring was a parasite that causes paralysis as it spreads through spores.

I like the thought of adding on status effects but this one is a little c.r.a.ppy so I had tested something out. a while back I had bought a certain monster and was keeping it in the jade immortal realm to raise it's age. The system had updated to make it so most things in my realms could gain spirit rings unless I wanted them too. I'd be pretty upset if my melons started screaming at me when I try to eat them.

Now most of you are probably thinking about what the most annoying monster that causes status effects is. However if your like me and have ever played final fantasy games you may have come across a creature at one point called a malboro.

For those of you who don't know what this monster is let me learn you a thing or two about this c.u.n.t.

This monster looks like a giant f.u.c.ked up green sunflower covered in tentacles and spikes and has a mouth full of sharp teeth. If that wasn't bad enough it has a special move it uses called Bad Breath. This bulls.h.i.+t move causes every status effect known to G.o.d, I swear to you. Berserk, paralyze, poison, toxic, toad, petrify, slow, stop, sleep, in rare extra bulls.h.i.+t cases even instant death. now if your lucky to get by Scott free from maybe one or two of the nastier ones your still dealing with crippling damage done to your party most times leading to you having to run or get a party wipe.

Staring at the green drooling plant b.a.s.t.a.r.d that gave me many game overs I had to fight off the urge to blow it up with explosive clay.

since he was in the kingdom I could just ask for the ring and sure enough out popped a simple ten year ring. This one ring would cause many nightmares for future opponents. I'd make sure to level it up so it's more potent. I had asked grandmaster to take me to star Luo forest to kill off some of the more nasty monsters since he was rather high level now and we could easily escape.

I made double sure that I got the correct skill I wanted with a willing test subject.

My vine whipped at Lee and nicked his shoulder. After a second his eyes went bloodshot and he roared out in fury before falling face first into the ground and falling asleep his skin then took on a nasty green shade and his breathing turned ragged.

I gave him a mandrake drought and thanked him for his help as he shakily walked away still looking kind of sick.

I had a talk with the system and was able to turn off the more lethal ones like instant death unless I needed too.

Well that pretty much confirmed it. There was a whole slew of status effects I could use it was just like my ninja bodies zanpakuto.

a few days later me and grandmaster headed off towards the forest for me to test out the devour ability. Xiao Wu had kindly asked us to only kill the violent monsters which we happily agreed too.

most of the violent ones tended to be the big cats, wolves, spiders, and all the carnivores even some plants. This place was f.u.c.king dangerous was there even any nice animals besides the bamboo jeez?

After my first kill which was a couple hundred year old spider. I used my devour spirit and watched as it gained 2 pitch black spirit rings.

Apparently the first ring was the devour skill and the second one was a type of storage for years I've stored up that could be distributed to my other rings. I could check with the system how many years everything was and make all my stuff equal.

We spent about a week slaughtering the evil wildlife and collecting plants I had never seen. we made sure to stay on the outer edge of the forest as the deeper regions had absolute monsters and grandmaster definently was not up to killing 100000 year old monsters off.

I made both my spirit rings 9999 year rings which were a dark purple almost black color. so they wouldn't be as suspicious. Every 10 levels my skills would raise by about 10% and would be estimated by the years on my rings by the base power in some mathematical bulls.h.i.+t. I'm spewing bulls.h.i.+t I have no idea about f.u.c.k you guys I do what I want.

After storing up quite a few years we happily left the forest and headed back home to resume our everyday lives.
