The next morning came and the girls questioned why they had all woken up in weird positions. Penelope maintained that they all fell asleep after having a party, but most of the girls knew something else happened.

Tanya was not one to be embarra.s.sed from making love, but she knew Penelope was much more shy when it came to these things.

"Tanya… What happened last night? Did the handcuffs feel good?" Yuri yawned, clearly not feeling too bothered about placing handcuffs on Tanya. As far as she was concerned, the handcuffs were something to help with the enjoyment of both parties.

When she bought it from a shop named 'Super Fun Toy Paradise', she read on the package that the handcuffs were designed for 'safe and happy love making… with added spice for your pleasure~'

How could she have known?

'The old grannies were so nice and even offered the cuffs on discount! They even came with cute pink leather with some white fur on the rims. I'm sure Tanya and Penelope must have loved it!'

A few days later, notice came from the capital that a band of thieves had successfully looted a royal armour and had stolen a number of miscellaneous items. Citizens were instructed to turn down any offers to sell mysteriously high quality items in local stores.

Till this day, no one knows who the thieves are. The legendary lottery would go down in history… probably not. They would so go quiet and fade into obscurity.

Nevertheless, the time is in the present.

Tanya patted Yuri on the shoulders and gave a warm-feeling grin.

"How about I use those handcuffs on you next time~?" For some odd reason, the words felt like they were hiding a slight irritation.

"Okay! I will use the handcuffs." Yuri accepted without another thought.

"Next time, okay?" Tanya kissed Yuri on the forehead and smiled again.

'I will have my revenge.' This internal dialogue was more or less non-malicious. However, Tanya still didn't know if Yuri would enjoy the handcuffs, so any acts might not go as planned. In the end, Yuri would probably be too cute and Tanya wouldn't be able to bring herself to having her own lovely revenge.

"Hey, darling. What are you planning on doing for the rest of the year? I have seen your grades and I am pretty sure that you will be valedictorian. If I wanted to be sure, I could give an endless sum of bonus credits and have the reason as your contributions from a month ago. All in all, I believe I might be marrying a viscountess~" Rosellia moved in to congratulate Tanya. Knowing that Tanya had worked hard and would be destined for many things, it made Rosellia feel a sense of pride.

'I am marrying this woman.' Rosellia was proud of this fact. 

"How about a date? Cla.s.ses are simple so I will not be fatigued after doing so little. Why don't we go on some romantic dates under the moonlight and come together to plan our inevitable wedding~?"

"Mmm… I think that would be great." Rosellia warmly smiled.

"Pervert." Diana remarked from her bedside.

"I know you sneak a peek at me while I shower~ just who's the pervert exactly?" Tanya quickly retorted.

"!!!"

"UNFAIR!" Yuri rushed at Diana and pouted so hard that it seemed like her cheeks would rip apart.

"You said you would tell me when it is time to 'study'…"

'I know they watch me while I bathe. I do not mind at all… let them feast their eyes on my naked body. As long as they don't touch, everything is fine.'

"Cla.s.ses start tomorrow… I still haven't done any homework!" Erina cried.

"Pfft… I finished my homework last month." Yuna scoffed with superiority.

"That's because you're a nerd!" Erina stuck her tongue out, clearly feeling as if there was a clear disparity in ability between the two.

"I just study hard. Compared to Lady Vermillion, I am subpar at best."

"Tanya is a master of the sword and a genius of theory. Is there anything she can't do?" Yuna asked no one in particular as she radiated with reverence for Tanya.

"I can name one." Penelope announced.

"!!!" Tanya came out of a daze as she heard Penelope.

"But I will keep that to myself~ Tanya is a little shy."

"Tanya? Shy? Who are you kidding?" Immediately the conversation ended.

"Moving on… have you all heard about the new transfer students coming in to replace the ones we lost during the ma.s.sacre? My father told me that they would be from other nations. I wonder what they would be like…" Diana seemed hesitant, but she did not want the room to go quiet.

"Yes, they won't be competing with us for valedictorian but they are certainly going to compete with us for pride. I just hope they aren't too arrogant." Erina seemed not convinced that the new students would do anything positive. This xenophobia was well justified.

"Don't be like that… they are geniuses just like you. Give them a chance and you might just make some friends." Rosellia interjected.

"Hmmph! If they try to steal me from Tanya, I will disintegrate them!" Although said with a cute voice, Yuri meant it all in truth.

"..."

"So will you flirt with all of the ladies too? The temptation must be overwhelming considering they are foreign…" Rosellia asked Tanya.

"I have decided that I will not make the first move on any woman for now. I do not believe this room can fit anyone else."

"Wow, you are a changed woman." Diana gasped.

From this statement alone, everyone felt relieved. They could now all go after Tanya without worrying about a mountain of women coming in to steal more of Tanya's precious time.

The girls pooled together onto the same bed for that night. Nothing naughty happened.
