Yu w.a.n.g lay in his bed looking at the LED screen with irked expressions. It was irritating! There were no cable connections, Wifi or even mobile signals in the middle of the jungle. He was looking at the CCTV live footages of the forest.

He had set it to observe the wild animals and if an intruder enters the forest but right now he was looking at a woman who was at the brink of insanity.

There were about 200 undetectable cameras set by him, to give him his very own animal doc.u.mentary footages. He had learnt all their ways, it was needless to say he loved animal. Sometimes, he would set shelter on wild birds nests in heavy storms and sometimes he would leave food for little animals.

This forest was his territory and sanctuary. Others steered away from the devastating beauty of the ecosystem but to him, he found serenity between this beastly forest. 

Initially, he was just making sure that she reached there alive but it looked like the woman really didn't have a game plan and was just shooting blindly.

Sometimes she would adapt to run like a madwoman and then she was walking on eggsh.e.l.ls around the wild beasts whims.

She was lucky that she was a new ent.i.ty in the forest and the feral beasts were observing her in shadows and hadn't pounced on her yet.

"Stupid woman!" Yu w.a.n.g muttered and got off the bed. He would have to go himself to get the b*tch out of his hair. She was disturbing his view of the forest! And this was the only reason he was going there!

She was, in fact, the living definition ice princess. She ruled the social circle and socialites with her rules. If not the circ.u.mstances the b*tch was too high to even get off her red carpet.

In the high society, she was still known as the first Missus of the Su Family like he was known as a Yu.

Several men desired her in the upper-society. She was an eloquent, beautiful, smart woman with connections-a perfection as a catch. This the main reason she couldn't be suspected to be a Lei.

The woman was haughty, cruel and an ethereal beauty-a lethal combination. She was the usual type he would have taken to his bed but the high horses of the crazy woman only hit saddles for Li Yuan. 

Furthermore, he wasn't going to take a murderer to bed, especially one that killed his nephew and his brother's happiness.

He wanted to kill her but when he saw the look in her eyes he remembered having the same look of understanding and forgiveness in his eyes when Lei Xinyi held the gun on his head. 

Yu w.a.n.g shook his head. She lowered her gun on him and changed everything. For him, for every heir and for herself...just because of Lei Jun, the last dead rightful Heir's ten-year-old son.

He hopped on his bike and rode to the place he last saw her in the CCTV camera.

The same tree she marked came in her view for 30th time, Su Qainwei was about to tear her hairs out in frustration when she heard the snickers of hyenas.

She froze at once and but the growling of a raging bike shooed away the predator on her tail. Yu w.a.n.g had a bike that he rode around the forest as it wasn't possible to use a car in the dense forest.

Su Qianwei at once hid in the bush, nearby. If he saw her, there will be no end to his smugness and she wouldn't give him the satisfaction of seeing her helpless! She still had some self-respect left in her!

But curse her stars, he stopped the bike in the very area and looked around. He started wandering the area and Su Qainwei held her breath as if he could hear her breathe.

He walked past her bush and Su Qianwei flinched but didn't let anything give away. Yu w.a.n.g searched around the area before disappearing in the thick trees. 

She surveyed the area with her eyes and when she was sure he wasn't anywhere in sight. She got out of the bushes and was about to walk away when she felt a grip on her arm, making her heart jump.

She jerked her head to see Yu w.a.n.g standing there and at once her heart was put to ease. None the less he wasn't a wild savage beast but he wasn't any better either so she started struggling against his hold but Yu w.a.n.g hold was tight.

He dragged Su Qainwei by the arm while she kept on shouting, "You, uncultured, ill-mannered man, let me go! Why are you even here?! I don't need you..."

Yu w.a.n.g stopped in front of his bike and jerked her, "Shut up and sit!" 

He sat and pursed his lips when he saw her eyeing his bike with disgust while standing with stubbornness and pride in her stance.

"If I am leaving, I would tie and deliver you to the very Hyenas to make an honest woman or a meal out of you." Su Qianwei heard him and at once stiffened. 

She believed him, he would do just that. So for once she lowered her pride and sat beside him but didn't hold him.

Yu w.a.n.g rolled his eyes at the woman and started the bike. The bike jerked to life with a start causing Su Qianwei to hold him tight.

All the ride he ignored the pest like presence beside him, who was squeezing the life out of him and when he came to a stop, he felt she was still holding on to him.

He looked back to see her eyes were closed and face buried in his leather jacket. He took a deep breath and shook his head. 

If the woman was scared of speed, she could simply tell him instead of holding onto her ego.

"Qianwei! Get off. We are here." She slowly peeked out of the nest of her red hairs. Her phoenix eyes, decorated with delicate lashes blinked at him in hesitancy and he could swear he hadn't seen anything more alluring than it.

He swore under his breath when she kept holding onto his abdomen. She seems to come out of it too and let him go to get off the bike immediately.

She sheepishly smiled at Yu w.a.n.g who was looking at her with an unreadable expression.

"So..." She drawled and looked around, "I will just go. Thanks for the ride though." Yu w.a.n.g nodded his head and indicated to the right.

"Go Straight. The highway is not far away from here. Go to your right once you are on the road."

She nodded and walked in the said direction, looking back at him from time to time.

Yu w.a.n.g sat on his bike looking at her leave but he was in no hurry. He lit up a cigarette and looked at the sky. It was going to rain soon. He knew it was going to be sooner than he antic.i.p.ated.

The woman was stupid. He knew she was going to Li Yuan, who was going to break her heart in hours or days to come.

Li Yuan wasn't a type to settle down and she should think herself lucky that he respected her and didn't ask his a.s.sistant to offer her a confidential contract like he used to do with his other wh*res.

Li Yuan and Yu Youhan did this all the time. They always offered contracts to international models or filmstars, it just made them easy to be terminated and never see again.

He wouldn't really say that it was their fault too. Women nowadays were clingy and gold diggers and h.e.l.l they were some vile creatures that played dirty too, like trying to get pregnant and other all stuff.

They didn't mean to disregard woman or degrade them. It was to keep things transactional to let them know not to expect much. It was also Li Yuan way of getting rid of his fiance, Lu Xinyi.

When he had heard about the union, he along with Jiang Cheng had laughed till their stomachs ached. Her father just as well be offering her as a sacrifice!

The girl was naive and simple, and it was beyond him how could they even think she was going to survive in the Li family, much less the society that was going to chew her alive and then again Li Yuan wasn't something she could control.

And to think the little princess had been warming his brother's bed! Not-so-innocent then?

Apart from that, the guy was probably goner for Lei Xinyi and those who suffered from her affection never recovered. n.o.body could testify to it better than him...

Lei Xinyi was someone who never witnessed love but you couldn't help but love her even when you can't love all of her, even if you are supposed to hate her.

Yu w.a.n.g puffed out a smoke blurring the night. 

Su Qianwei was just unfortunate for falling for a man who was pinning from Lei Xinyi. He could tell where this was going without even looking at it.
