Turning her towards himself, Qing Shan wrapped her in his arms and added, "If you want to cry, cry while hiding in my arms, (Kissing her on the forehead) trust me I will hide you better than the duvet."

Unable to control her tears Zhi Ruo broke down in Qing Shan's arms.

Patting her continuously Qing Shan tried to calm her down while saying,"It's okay, cry as much as you want. I will hide it well."

Glaring at him for such a bad joke Zhi Ruo spoke, "Come on, don't joke. Also if you don't help me I will tell mom that I asked you for a help and you rejected. By then they will surely abandon you."

Scared with such thought's of his wife, Qing Shan quickly explained her, "Wife, I am not joking. You have no idea how dangerous grandma is when it comes to protecting daughter in law. They will seriously abandon me. About the gifts just accept it, and if you don't want it I will use it."

Hitting Qing Shan lightly on the chest Zhi Ruo chuckled and hided herself again into his embrace.

ON MONDAY:

Getting up Zhi Ruo had gotten ready wearing the same formals that she tried during shopping. On the other hand Qing Shan was feeling gloomy since morning thinking how that pervert Xu would get to spend almost the whole day with his beautiful wife.

Looking at him who was almost ready to cry, Zhi Ruo went towards him, squeezed his cheeks and kissed his forehead while saying, "You look like a cute child..."

Touching his cheeks Qing Shan murmured while trying to keep his lips from curving up, "Did she just call me a cute child?"

'How can she call me a child? cute is ok, I will take it as a complement but child?' Thought Qing Shan
