Kyle waited at the backstage, he closed his eyes and carefully listened to the cheers, the excited audience, he listened to it like it was some kind of sweet melody to his ears, he then looked up, "Mom, I'm here yet still so far away, I will keep my promise with you." Kyle raised his hands and was like reaching for the sky.

"I'm not gonna take that f*cking company!" A shout came from the room, an old man and a young man was shouting at each other.

"Kyle! This was you're future, you can't do nothing about it! You were born and raised to be one! That dream of yours won't ever reach anything! You! would follow the steps of me!, Duke Leon!"

"I won't be like you! I would never be like you!" Kyle shouted, and slammed the door and left, Duke stared at his Kyle's back, "You won't be escape your destiny" he murmured.

Kyle who left took his car and drived to his house, he was living alone, due to him and his father fighting, Kyle left the house and got his own, he went inside the house and started raging, breaking every decorations, punching and kicking the walls, his rage was not sated, he raged for 10 minutes before he slumped into his sofa.

Kyle heard his doorbell ringing, he stood up weakly and opened the door, there he saw an old woman who had brown hair, Kyle knew her, despite her being in her 40's she still looked young she was Duke Leon's Wife and Kyle's Mother, Sanna Leon.

"Mom" Kyle said weakly.

Sanna didn't say anything and just kept looking at Kyle's messy appearance, his clothes were ragged and his knuckles are bleeding, she then looked at his face, she extended her hand and caressed his face "Are you hurt?" she asked in a caring voice, Kyle looked at Sanna and he can't control his emotions anymore and broke down, tears were coming out.

She hugged Kyle and then supported him "Let's go inside" she said, Kyle cried while being hugged by his mother, only his mother supported him, only her, "Shhhh, Don't cry now Little Kyle" she said, Kyle looked at her and tried to stop crying, he was already old, but now he was crying in front of his mother.

"Mom, Don't treat me like a child anymore" Kyle said with an awkward smile,

"What are you saying? no matter how old you get you are still my little baby." She said with a smile and kissed his forehead.

Kyle looked at Sanna and said "It looks like I can't reach my dream".

"My Son" She caressed his head "there was a time when I stopped chasing my dream and then I felt empty, it was one of the most regretable things I have done, and I used to have nothing, and then i got this job...family... I got you and your siblings, You don't know how happy I am when you all came into my life, I don't want to see you sad and give up your dreams like me, my little baby promise mom that you will chase your dreams, Don't worry about your father, I will support you,

don't give up, the beginning is always the hardest so keep going till the end, ill be your number 1 fan" She said with a smile.

Kyle smiled kindly at her Mom, "Yes, Mom", Kyle did his best, he studied, he practiced, he found a purpose to reach for his dream, yes, it was all for her, Kyle loved her mom deeply, but one day, she left, his number 1 and the mother who loved him so much left the world, she had a sickness that even Duke didn't know, at the day of her funeral, Kyle looked at his mother who was sleeping deeply, she was now resting.

Kyle looked around and saw Duke sitting in front, he was staring at her picture, Kyle ignored him and pa.s.sed by him just then he heard him say "You won't be able to run forever.", Kyle continued and rode his car and drove in to somewhere place, it was a very high place where he could see the city, Kyle looked at the beautiful scenery, slowly tears started to slide from his face.

Kyle looked at up at the sky, he then said "Goodbye", 'I would keep my promise', but the next day everything Kyle had was taken by his father, all of his property, money, everything, but Kyle didn't care, he pursued his dreams, suppression, his dad even sent some people to beat him up, but Kyle didn't care, he stood up again and again, he had fallen more than he could count.

'A man insn't strong by never falling but by rising each time he falls' one of the things his mother taught him when he was young, Kyle never gave up, he kept moving forward, forward, until one day, he finally collapsed.

"My Past" Kyle murmured, "Sir Leon! its a go!" just then William spoke, Kyle looked back and nodded, Kyle raised the mic on his hands and then dashed off, due to the lightings, Kyle covered his eyes, adjusting it to the light, he then slowly uncovered his eyes and saw thousands of people in front of him, 'I'm still far he thought', "h.e.l.lo! Everybody!" Kyle yelled excitedly,"Yeah!"The audience shouted back.

Kyle smiled and immediately made his way to the piano and sat, 'Mom, this is for you' he said in his mind, he then looked at the band members who took their positions and nodded at them, he then started playing the piano, then the backup singers sang, "Oh if you could see me now!" then Kyle started rapping.
