When I talked about going on a date with her, Mary froze and her face was completely red. I guess she wasn't expecting this, so I caught her totally off guard.

"So, do you want to go on a date with me tomorrow?" (Endl)

The next day I woke up as fast as I could, got ready, and headed straight for the coffee without even talking to Lily who was still sleeping.

I answered politely, since I wouldn't want Mary to blame herself for being late or making me wait a while.
