A mirror appeared before him when the transformation was complete and what he saw was a delicate little girl that was a bit creepy.

Black glinstering spiral horns going backwards, weird red spiral tatoos on both his arms and several more red tatoos on his abdomen that looked like six wings.

He also had six wings on his back, four black while the other two were white.

His eyes were red with black pupils, a tail that was black and menacing.

'Hmm, sad that I changed gender but it's better than what I previously got' What he got previously was also a species change but he changed into a species called 'Cashal' It was also humanoid and it looked very much like a normal person.

But it had hidden weapons all over the body, inside and outside. Every part of the body was also a weapon.

''Hehe, what is this?'' A middle aged man looked above him, all the other people behind him had frightened expressions on their faces as they also looked above.

If Ash was here she would deffinitely recognize the giant basalisk called, Devilas. It's original name is devil basalisk but it was too troublesome to call it like that thus they gave it a nickname, Devilas.

''Run!!!'' n.o.body knew who screamed but they already knew what to do without that someone's reminder.

Everyone screamed and panic was everywhere.

They thought they were strong, who wouldn't? They had 5 times their original strength, some had 15 times their original strength, though some were based on their speed or endurance, it was still crazy.

But they were too naive, the giant basalisk could easily kill one of them even if they had 15 times their endurance/defense.

In a desolate street appeared a black haze scaring off every creature that had the intention going into the street, even rodents were scared off and ranaway.

Inside the black haze a dense fog ball appeared, it was 2 third black and one third white.

The dense fog ball slowly dissipated revealing a little girl.

Six wings, red tatoos over her body and black spiral horns on her head pointing backwards.

''Mmh...'' Ash slowly woke up from her slumber as she looked around her seeing nothing but black mist that is slowly disappearing.

''I'm back?'' Muttered Ash as she walked around.

'Nothing at all?' Wherever Ash looked, she will only see some broken buildings and streets. There wasn't even a single living being nearby except some random plants.

''Guess the first thing to get stronger is to gather crystals but only those of tier 2 will benefit me... No, there is no harm of collecting tier 1s.'' Ash flapped her wings and went to search of a group of creatures.

In the apocalypse, the fastest way to get crystals is to kill a group of small fry, to get quality crystals you naturally need to find stronger creatures that were everywhere on the planet but they are mostly alone, the efficiency of gathering a decent amount of them will take several months to even years.

That is why you should wait for about a year and then killing groups of small fry for their crystals. Even normal humans have them, once they step out of the turtorial a natural crystal will be formed inside their head.

If you eat these crystals then your strength will go up, this is one of the most cheapest and dangerous way to get stronger, it is also one with the best efficiency.

Once Ash got out of the desolate street, she slowly saw more life, people rummaging the abandoned stores, people chased by a small group of ants that were each at least 1 meter big and some surprisingly people with supernatural powers fighting some of those ants.

'Beast transformation: Fire direwolf' Ash looked at a specific woman, although the fire direwolf is weak, it has a hidden potential becoming a fire giantwolf, the fire giantwolf is ranked the peak of a middle tier monster.

'If she can evolve, she will lead a quite good life' Ash already looked away and flew very high up to see where exactly she is.

Ash turned around to see only a huge vulture with dark brown feathers and a bald head.

She stretched one of her arms out and a small glowing red ball appeared on her palm, every second it began beating faster.

When the vulture was in the hundred meter range the pulsing ball divided into more smaller pieces and flew straight towards the vulture piercing every inch of it's body.

Once she dropped her arm the vulture already fell down with no life in it's eyes. The vulture's body was full of tiny holes and a lot of blood oozed out of those tiny holes.

'Tier 3, brown bald vulture, not bad' In her previous life as a 'Cashal' she could take down a tier 5 creature with some effort and if she's lucky she could take down a tier 6 creature. But above that was something totally out of her reach, even if she had then consumed a fortune of high-end crystals, the most she could defeat was a tier 7, but that is only if she went all-out.

Ash looked down at the vulture's body getting eaten by ants and other bugs. The people were hiding in the alleys watching the insects eating the corpse.

When Ash looked at them they will shrink away in fear, something that was above the d.a.m.n insects was killed easily like stomping ants before the apocalypse, there is no way they want to attract it's attention!

Ash slowly descended on the ground causing every insect running away and stand on a certain distance. 'This is why the turtorial is created, the insects already have some intelligence, huge monsters appeared, how will humanity survive without any powers?' Ash grabbed the small blue crystal inside the vulture's head and direcly flew away.

When Ash was gone the insects screeched a bit in delight and began eating again.

''Did you saw that?'' Asked a man in his thirties to the others.

''Who didn't? That girl completely decimated that gigantic vulture!'' Shouted a young man very softly.

''No, not that, I meant the blue crystal she took from that vulture's head?''

''Huh? Isn't that just a pretty stone?'' Replied the young man confused.

When everyone heard that sentence the place became even more silent than before.

Seeing that everyone looked at him as an idiot he pointed at himself ''Did I say anything wrong?''

''Look, a stone don't appear in living things and second, why does an almighty being such as that little girl need to descend herself just to grab that pretty stone?'' The man sighed and explained it in a way so that even idiots could understand but he didn't expect that an idiot like this young man in front of him still existed in the world.

''Hmm... I mean it's the apocalypse and that's a girl, she would like some pretty things, no?'' Said the young man even more confused, what he said sounds logical but on the other hand it doesn't.

''Okay, I'm done, whatever, good luck on surviving young man'' The man shook his head in defeat and gestured everyone to return, it's too dangerous here.

Ash flew around the city observing what is happening, previously she couldn't even observe what was ongoing, she needed to survive and hide but now she could freely fly around.

'Most monsters are now tier 1, the weakest of the weakest. There are some tier 2's but those are fairly rare and tier 3 is just finding a needle in a haybale, the vulture was pure luck I guess.'

'Ah, wait, didn't I want tier 1 crystals? Whatever, they are everywhere, as long i don't encounter a tier 6 being or higher, I am safe' What she said was just a rough guess. She didn't know how strong exactly she is at the moment.

'That lightning dragon in the turtorial should be a tier 10 being' While flying Ash began thinking on how long it would take to be the strongest in the apocalypse, she already has a ma.s.sive headstart than the others but they will slowly catch up when they gather the courage and hunt the tier 1 monsters slowly to tier 6.

While she could only wait until the monsters get stronger, of course she could try to find tier 4 or higher beings.

''Haha'' But hunting won't be a struggle, every monster in the apocalypse are new, they won't have much battle experience, most of them will hunt and battle on instinct while she has 200 years of experience. She began laughing on how good it will feel if she sat on a throne looking down on everyone.

She sounded terrifying and adorable at the same time.
