SPIDERWEB 19 Grey Days

Under the red blood that swirled in the black box, laid two cut out hands with loose flesh dangling off them. Regan examined the long acrylic nails attached to the fingers. Sparkly, gold stained with red blood, it was truly a pretty sight.

"You didn't let her have a quick death did you?" Regan asked as she turned back to Damien.

"Of course not," Damien laughed, his smile curving even more upwards, "I let her watch while I sliced those delicate hands off. Some kids just shouldn't keep kimura's in their room as decoration."

"And…" Regan began, letting go of Damien's neck

"Of course, wiped everything clean, made it suicide, prosthetic hands she had came in handy," Damien joking leaning over to boop Regan's nose, "when did you get so murderous honey? I thought that was my job?"

"Hehe," Regan grinned, "I learned from the best."

Regan looked down at her hands staring at the phone.

"Do I really have to do this?" She muttered.

Ella pouted and got up, "or I can just leave if you'd like. I'm sure my bae is waiting for me right now,"

"Sigh, fine. I just… I'm nervous," Regan sighed.

"I was too, it's not easy you know," Ella laughed, ruffling Regan's hair.

"Sigh, I'll do it!" Regan declared. She slowly scrolled down her list of contacts until she found it. Damien's number.

"Do it! Do it!" Ella chanted.

"Ok ok!" Regan yelled, clicking the call b.u.t.ton. She held her breath as the phone rang once, twice…

"h.e.l.lo?" Ella said a blush wide on her face. She turned to Regan and pointed at her phone, jumping up and down from the caller ID. It was her boyfriend Julius.

Ella walked away to talk to Julius and a click went off in Regan's phone.

"h.e.l.lo?" Damien asked.

Regan almost threw her phone in surprise. She cleared her throat and mustered all the courage in her.

"Where are you right now?" She asked, hoping he wasn't with Arianna.

"How does that relate with what you have to tell me?" Damien asked, his question was followed by a tiny sigh on Regan's side, "fine you little thing, I'm at home. Told Arianna I couldn't make it 'cuz something came up at home."

Regan did mouthed yes! Before clearing her throat for her next sentence, "good, do y-you have time, 'cuz this might take awhile to get out."
