Xiao Chun smiled. “Go and have your lunch.”

She saw Gu Yu pus.h.i.+ng the files in front of him away. He took out the lunchbox inside the bag and opened it. One by one, he placed the different layers on the table.

After that, Gu Yu noticed that there was a layer of small red chili covering all the dishes. He didn’t seem surprised. There was even a faint smile at the corner of his lips.

His gaze was just like three years ago, helpless and doting.

He lifted the chopsticks and took a piece of meat covered in chili, placing it to his mouth without any hesitation. While he was chewing and swallowing the piece of meat, he didn’t appear to be uncomfortable or disgusted at all.
