Chapter 27: What a Special Hobby You Have

Jian Qi quirked an eyebrow, ignoring the threat and smiled. “So he is your comrade!”
“Jian Qi, I’m warning you now! Don’t come near me, and act like you don’t know me, unless…”
“Unless what?” Jian Qi blinked and giggled mischievously.
“Unless you want me to ban you from the industry!” Tang Jinyu’s voice deepened considerably, trying to put pressure on her.
He thought Jian Qi would be scared, but she only smiled happily. “Oho, you have so much influence? It seems that you aren’t just a regular soldier. What’s your position in the army?”
“Do you think that I’m joking?”
Tang Jinyu found that this woman wasn’t easily swayed!
Desperate times called for drastic measures.
“Jian Qi, you’re going to regret this!”
Jian Qi smiled. The word ‘regret’ didn’t exist in her dictionary!
Their gazes met, one cold and deep, the other seductive and alluring.
This exchange of gazes only lasted for moments before it was interrupted by a sudden clutter of noises.
“Hey, not outside…” The weak voice was filled with notes of l.u.s.t.
That was a familiar voice…wasn’t it Ren Ranran?
Right before the door was opened, Tang Jinyu pulled Jian Qi away to a corner and hid them both behind an old cabinet.
The room was dimly lit and worn down, so the pair that came in after them only scanned it cursorily before closing the door. What came after were the gasps of a woman and the panting sounds of a man that sounded quite impatient.
“Take it slow, don’t rip my clothes! I have a scene later!” the woman whined softly.
The man laughed softly. “Are you sure you’re going to have the energy to act later?”
“Then what should I do? I can’t be absent, or else people will say that I’m a diva!” the woman continued, the tone of her voice not matching her words.
“I’ll vouch for you myself! What can they say to that?”
“Don’t be like this. If you tell anyone of our relations.h.i.+p I won’t be able to continue being in this industry…”
“Not this again…” the man dismissed.
Jian Qi turned her head towards Tang Jinyu, smiling perversely as she did.
He frowned in disapproval. This woman had no sense of shame!
As if she knew what he was thinking, she waved for him to come closer.
Tang Jinyu, of course, ignored her.
At the same time, some sounds that had to be censored started coming from the other side of the room, along with the low curses of a man.
Tang Jinyu only wanted them to hurry up so that they could leave!
Jian Qi forcefully pulled him over and whispered, “So when you said that you wanted me to regret, were you talking about watching people have s.e.x?”
Tang Jinyu only squinted at her in disgust.
“What a special hobby you have…” she commented.
Seeing Tang Jinyu’s expression that was as dark as night, her smile grew even wider as she took out her phone and pulled up the camera, aiming it towards the couple.
Tang Jinyu quickly pulled her back. “What do you think you’re doing?”
“Are you blind? I’m going to record them!”
Tang Jinyu was offended. “And violate their privacy?”
Jian Qi only scoffed.
“Are you saying that we aren’t already violating their privacy by watching this live show?”
