Tang Jinyu wanted to withdraw his hand but Jian Qi was holding onto him tightly.

“Let go, now!” Tang Jinyu said.

Jian Qi shook her head. “Your hand is useless now, you can’t do anything with it already. Don’t be shy and just let me help you!”

Tang Jinyu took a deep breath and he gritted his teeth. “Jian Qi, I’ll give you three second!”

Jian Qi let go of Tang Jinyu unwillingly. “Can you manage yourself without me?”

Tang Jinyu took a deep breath and walked off.

Crocodile walked over smiling. “Big Sister Qi, it looks like our Boss has seen right through you!”

Jian Qi smiled calmly. “My dearest Little Tang Tang is just shy.”

Crocodile. “…”

‘Big Sister Qi probably has the thickest skin among all of us!’

Training went on as usual in the afternoon. Tang Jinyu briefly introduced Leng Yu to everyone. Since everyone worked together a few hours ago, Tang Jinyu did not have much to say because the operation earlier was as real as it gets.

As for the incident that happened today, Tang Jinyu briefly talked about it with the rest. “This will be considered the first operation that you guys have gone through together, and it is not a practice! After Tang Jinyu’s speech, everyone went back to their training.

Meanwhile, the other twelve were partnered up for training. Jian Qi and Leng Yu were together.

They were practicing close quarters combat.

Leng Yu looked at her and nodded. “Our boss told me that your left arm has not fully recovered yet. He told me to avoid touching your left arm during training.”

Jian Qi was stunned seeing Leng Yu being so serious.

But Jian Qi was surprised that Tang Jinyu would tell Leng Yu about things like that.

Even though that man would only say ‘ten kilometres marathon’ to her most of the time, yet he would also do things that would warm her heart behind her back.

“Shall we?” Leng Yu said, “Don’t worry. I’ll be careful!”

Jian Qi smiled. “Sure. Let’s start.”

Since it was training, they would not try to kill their opponents.

However, Jian Qi could feel Leng Yu’s potential through the training.

She was a really strong opponent!

Compared to Lightning and the rest, she was not weak at all. In fact, she was a really mighty existence.

Jian Qi was extremely exhausted after a whole day of training, the lack of sleep at night and the incident that had happened. After going through all that, she was about to crumble from exhaustion.

After she had washed up, she immediately fell asleep before she could even talk to Leng Yu.

Leng Yu saw her lying on the bed with one of her legs hanging from the corner of the bed, she shook her head and went over to put her leg back on the bed and pulled the blanket over her.

Leng Yu sat on her bed opposite of Jian Qi’s while she quietly looked at her. Her eyes seemed to have deepened slightly.

The boss had always been cold to the people around him and he never liked it when people got too close to him. But this girl made a breakthrough. She did something that everyone thought was impossible.

Maybe only she could do it.

Boss had many admirers over the years in the Special Fire Team but they were all unsuccessful.

However, this girl must have a unique charisma that had allowed her to persist till today.
