'Spiritual energy outbreak?' Yuan raised an eyebrow after hearing this unfamiliar term.

He wore his mask and opened the door a moment later.

'This is the Dragon Emperor…? Why is he wearing a mask?' Liang Qinru wondered to herself.

"Qinru greets Your Majesty," she said as she bowed her head in a respectful manner.

"What happened to you?" Yuan inquired for more information.

"I was in the middle of a breakthrough when my father came to get me. A spiritual energy outburst occurred when I lost my concentration, and I ended up losing more than half of my cultivation base." Liang Qinru explained, hoping to gain some sympathy from him.

Sure enough, Yuan felt bad for her.
