Li ignored the woman’s shouts. She turned around and looked at the receptionists as she asked, “What’s going on?”

“Sister Li, the lady over here told us that she wanted to meet the general manager. However, she has not made any prior appointments. We have already informed her that the general manager is very occupied at the moment and that she couldn’t meet her if she hasn’t made an appointment. But she…”

Li’s eyes flashed. As she recalled the images she saw a while ago and what the receptionists had told her just now, she could more or less figure out the entire story.

“Let me tell you guys…” When the woman saw that Li had turned a blind eye to her, she smirked and was about to show off her glib tongue. However, Li had already interrupted her.

“Have someone to drive her out, then. How dare she act so proudly even without making an appointment. Did she really think that our general manager would simply meet up with any Tom, d.i.c.k and Harry?! Security guards, toss the woman out now!”

The woman was actually Xie Yuqing who had p.i.s.sed Duan Yarong off at her birthday banquet last time. At that moment, she could not quite recover her senses.

By the time the security guards at the main entrance walked over to her, only then did she snap out of her daze and screamed, “b.i.t.c.h, do you know who I am?! How dare… how dare you treat me like this?!”

Li ignored the commotion behind her. She then carried the piles of stuff and walked toward the elevator exclusively for staff like her.

Against her expectations, the moment Xie Yuqing saw Li enter the elevator, she suddenly lowered down her head and bit the security guard’s grabbing hand.

The security guard groaned in pain and let go of her. The moment Xie Yuqing got herself out of his grip, she dashed into the elevator before the door was completely closed!

Li was caught off guard by the sudden situation. By the time she returned to her senses and thought that she should press the b.u.t.ton to kick her out earlier, Xie Yuqing had predicted this and grabbed Li’s hand by all means to prevent her from moving around.
