“Mom.” Qin Churou opened the door and saw Lin Shuya’s pale face. She frowned and quickly held Lin Shuya.
“Mom, what happened to you?” she asked with concern. “Did the Lin family make things difficult for you?”
Lin Shuya’s gaze fell on Qin Churou.
Her face was pale and she did not speak.
Qin Churou helped Lin Shuya to sit on the sofa. “Mom, did you see the Lin family today?”
Lin Shuya nodded.
“What did they say?” Qin Churou asked.
Qin Churou waited nervously for Lin Shuya’s answer.
Lin Shuya moved her lips. “I only saw Lin Haoyu and Qin Sheng. They didn’t take me seriously.”
“Qin Sheng?” Qin Churou frowned.
She had forgotten about Qin Sheng. If Qin Sheng were to interfere, it would not be so easy for Lin Shuya to return to the Lin family.
“Rou’er, when I was pregnant, were the pills you gave me really pregnancy pills?” Lin Shuya asked.
Qin Churou didn’t expect Lin Shuya to ask such a question.
