"I see, so while they may seem better off, they are not much different from this place…" The old man sighed as he reached to his back, his expression suddenly changing as he pulled out a hidden sword and slashed at Kana.

Kana did not even move as the sword slashed down at her. Her eyes widened as she yelled out: "How dare you try to stick that up my b.u.t.t!"

There was a clanging sound as the sword hit her skin, and then a loud bang followed by a low grunt as the old man was sent flying off into the distance. Kana snorted in anger. She turned to Francessca to complain. "You saw him, right!? He tried to stick his sword up my b.u.t.t!"

 "Ummm… you were facing him so…." Francessca did not know how the old man was trying to shove something up anyone's rear end when neither of them had their backs turned to him.

"That is besides the point!" Kana could only snort. Even if she was overreacting, it still brought about trauma for her.

Francessca decided it was just best to agree with her. "You are right. How dare he!"

"Mm…. But this does tell me one thing. This evil energy actually makes people poke other people in the b.u.t.t with their swords. This is truly some very evil energy." Kana felt s.h.i.+vers running down her spine. She quickly made a barrier to cover her and Francessca's rear ends before deciding to walk to the village.

In another place in a tall castle. A burly man with scars all over his body sat on a bone throne with a ma.s.sive toothed sword in his hand. Next to him, a young woman fearfully poured ale into a large mug. She was so afraid of spilling it that her hands were shaking like crazy. The man gazed at the young woman and smiled lecherously at her. "When you are done, strip and dance for me."

The woman's eyes began to turn red as she did her best to hold back her tears. She did not want to do this, but this was the most powerful man in the entire realm. The Demon King Belzeb.o.o.b. She could only lower her head and curse. The man only sat on his throne every day as if he was trying to make some kind of statement. There were only two people in the room, but this b.a.s.t.a.r.d actually stayed sitting on this throne.

The young woman finished pouring his drink before walking over to the middle of the room. She raised her head and took a deep breath, her eyes threatening to spill tears at any second. But just as she was about to undo her top, a loud crash was heard. She watched with wide eyes as the wall to the castle suddenly burst open, and a figure that looked like a meat paddy with many bones sticking out of it smashed into the burly made, taking his head clean off.

The young woman stared at the scene in a daze, unsure if what she had just seen was real or not. But after a few seconds, her eyes suddenly lit up as she let out a maniacal laugh. "Hahahahaha! The b.a.s.t.a.r.d king is dead! Now, I am the queen! I will be the demon queen from this moment on!"

The young woman did not hesitate as she walked up to the throne, pulled the headless body off of it, and sat down herself. She picked up the ale she had just poured and took a sip. "Someone come!"

At her command, a guard quickly entered the room. To his surprise, he saw the demon king dead on the ground and a young woman sitting on the throne. He felt the hair on his neck stand up on end. The young woman's gaze was cold as ice as she looked down on him from high above her throne. It was only now that she realized how wonderful such a high position could be and why the old b.a.s.t.a.r.d liked sitting here. "Have someone clean up this mess and tell the realm of my new reign. Tell them that the Demon Queen Lilly has ascended the throne after killing Belzeb.o.o.b!"

"Yes, my queen!" The guard quickly bowed his head. While he could not detect too much power in the new demon queen just by the fact that she was able to kill Belzeb.o.o.b, it was enough for him to bow his head. She was most likely hiding her power to play the sheep. Such people were not someone he wished to deal with.

Kana had no idea she had just caused a change in leaders.h.i.+p in the realm. She was too busy wondering what kind of meat the village had. "Francessca, do you think they got roasted meat?"

"Wouldn't anything here be infected with the evil energy?" Francessca seemed to be thinking in a more realistic fas.h.i.+on.

Kana's jaw dropped as she looked at Francessca in shock. The idea of the evil energy being infused into the meat never even occurred to her. But when she thought about her own energy, she realized she could easily deal with it. She started walking again as she said: "It might give the meat a bit of zing."

"I see…." Francessca did not even know why Kana would want to eat anything in this realm. Luckily, she did not need to eat, or else she might end up like everyone else.

After about an hour of walking, they reached the village entrance, where two men with spears stood. They stared at the two newcomers with killing intent pouring out of their bodies. "Halt and state your business!"

"Meat!" Kana answered with a single word and walked right past the two dumbfounded guards who did not know how to react to Kana's answer.

Francessca quickly followed behind Kana, not daring to stop. The guards did not come back to their senses until Kana had long disappeared. One of them looked at the other and asked: "Should we report it?"

 "You can if you want, but I will say I was in the toilet! If the village head finds out we let someone in just because they said the word meat, we will die and our families along with us!
