As the days pa.s.sed Kana traveled through many different biomes. The thing she did not get was each of these monsters seemed to have different fetishes. She was starting to question her other self's mentality. Dilinia followed at her side and explained each monster along the way.

After almost three years of traveling across the realm, Kana's fighting experience and ability to fight without magic had skyrocketed. And on this day her training had finally come to an end. She stood in front of a door-shaped portal with a smile on her face. "Today we get to leave this place."

"I can't believe that I finally get to leave…." Dilinia had years in her eyes. She looked at Kana and hugged her arm. "Thank you so much!"

"Don't worry about it. As I said, just stick with me and my family for now and grow stronger. When the time comes I will support you in teaching everyone who looked down on you a lesson." Kana replied with a smile. "Let's go." With Dilinia holding her arm, Kana pulled her with her through the portal. As they pa.s.sed through, the two ended up in a white s.p.a.ce. "Oh? To think I would come back here…"

"I called you here for one thing." Kana's other self appeared. This time she was not smiling but had a serious expression on her face.  "What''s wrong?" Kana asked in confusion.

 "That girl must go back to the trial realm. She can not follow you." Kana's other self looked at Dilinia. She did not know how this girl was able to come out with Kana, but she could not allow her to leave.

"Dilinia is coming with me since I promised her. Why can she not leave the trial realm?" Kana was not going to back down so easily.

"Because she will bring you nothing but trouble." Kana's other self explained lightly.

 "And what kind of trouble will she bring me? Dilinia is a good girl. I know this after spending so much time with her. She will not harm me or my family. No matter what you say, Dilinia is coming with me. If it is her appearance, I can make her look human or any other race and remove all traces of her original scent. But Dilinia deserves to be free." Kana stood her ground.

Kana's other self looked at Dilinia, who was hiding behind Kana, with a nervous expression, and then looked at Kana, whose brow was furrowed to the point that she might even get wrinkles. She could sense no malice from this girl. She had brought that girl into the trial realm a long time ago and even altered her memories slightly. But the truth was, the girl in front of her was a plague. Her entire being could cause entire nations to collapse. But seeing how defensive Kana was being, Kana's other self could not say no. She knew there was going to be no way to change Kana's mind. "I can allow her to follow you, but I must put a restriction on her. Her power level can not surpa.s.s yours at any given time. This restriction will be linked to your souls. This will allow you to both grow at the same time. If Kana grows, so will she. And Dilinia, I will also restrict your inner powers. Only when Kana allows it can you use them, do you understand?" Kana's other self looked at Dilinia with a harsh expression, which caused Dilinia to cower back. "As… As long as I can be with Kana, I don't care…" Dilinia replied. She had become very reliant on Kana over the past few years. Kana was basically her mother now. She listened to everything Kana said.

"Then I will cast the seals now. This will use up the rest of my power. The connection between here and the other realms will fully close, and they will no longer be accessible by anyone but you, Kana. But you will need to grow much stronger if you wish to open a new portal to the lower worlds." Kana's other self smiled warmly as she placed her hand on Kana's and Dilinia's heads. A black light shone brightly, covering both girls, and a strong connection was soon felt between the two. "There…. The Binding Contract is now done. Dilinia, you are now unable to go against Kana's words and will only be able to grow as she grows. You should both go…. This place will soon collapse."

Kana looked at her past self and sighed. "Thank you." She only said this before pulling Dilinia through the portal that appeared. Kana's other self looked at the white s.p.a.ce and smiled softly. "I can finally rest…. Maybe Dilinia will be able to live a normal life at Kana's side…."

The white walls began to crack and break apart. Kana's other self waved her hand, and the connection she had over the lower realms disappeared and was sent through a small portal. Kana, who had just exited the portal, felt a slight tug on her soul as something was imprinted on it. She frowned slightly but soon understood what it was.

Kana looked up at the blue skies overhead and stretched her arms. She floated over the vast water below and felt the sight was quite refres.h.i.+ng. Dilinia stood in the air next to her, holding on to her arm and looking around nervously.

"We need to take care of your appearance first. So lets….. Turn you into a fluff, shall we!?" Kana smiled as she poked Dilinia on the forehead. The girl's appearance quickly changed to that of a pink-haired fox girl; even Dilinia's eyes changed to an almost neon light blue. Why pink, one may ask…. Mainly because Kana thought it would look cute.

"Ah! Wait! Kana! You should give me more time to prepare myself!"Dilinia cried out, but she soon found the new softness of her tail to be very soothing. She liked it quite a bit.
