Fu Hua proved his love to Jia Li till she begged him to stop.

Lying naked under the sheets, Jia Li said to Fu Hua, "Jasmine has an appointment with her doctor tomorrow morning, after her tummy time. Are you coming along?."

"Why not? I will move my schedule, so I can go with you for our daughter's checkup." Fu Hua said as he hugged her tightly in his arms.

The next morning after her tummy time, Jasmine and was bathed and clothed, and throughout that time, the cute little girl babbled and moved her fists and legs about.

"You look so excited." Jia Li said with a smile as she gently touched her daughter's cheeks.

Jasmine smiled at her and babbled with her fingers in her mouth.

"You are so cute!." Jia Li said as she continued to dress her up.

"Do you want some milk?." Jia Li asked as she lifted the little girl in her arms. Jasmine babbled as she moved her fists about.

To the little girl, it feels so good to see her mother. Her sight was a lot better now since she was already 2 months old.

"Alright, mummy will give you some milk." Jia Li said with a smile as she positioned the little girl in her arms, before going on to breastfeed her.

Jasmine was more than excited to drink her milk. She even went as far as to move her feet about, with her hand placed on her mother's breast.

30 minutes later, Jia Li, Fu Hua, and the little girl were already at the hospital to see her pediatrician. Jasmine was getting her immunization shot today after the checkups.

Fu Hua felt bad for his little princess when she cried out pain due to the shot she got. Jia Li quickly consoled her by speaking gently to her and trying to give her milk directly from her breast in other to soothe her.

Even with the nipple in her mouth, Jasmine still cried, and would only suck for 2 seconds before crying again.

Fu Hua rubbed the little girl's back as he said, "Who dares to hurt my little princess? Jasmine sorry okay, don't cry anymore."

The doctor tried to pacify the little girl from the side, but it didn't work.

Jia Li had to start singing while rocking her in her arms, and at the same time, trying to breastfeed her.

A few seconds later, Jasmine stopped crying and enjoyed drinking her milk.

Jia Li and Fu Hua sighed in relief after Jasmine stopped crying. The little girl fell asleep while sucking and had no idea when she got home.

Fu Hua paid for more drugs for Jasmine since the one they had was almost finished. Throughout that day, Fu Hua pet Jasmine and held her in his arms for a long time.

Since Fu Hua had an important meeting scheduled with the board of directors the next day which was Monday, he used today to spend a lot of time with his daughter.

The next day being Monday, Fu Hua brought up his proposal about the compet.i.tion to the board of directors for the Executive Committee. His idea for the compet.i.tion was very big.

His vision or motive behind the compet.i.tion was to give an opportunity to young talented designers out there, to work with FJ for a given period, and the ones that pa.s.sed their probation period would receive a 5 years contract.

This was going to be a first in FJ, and also the first of any kind in the Fas.h.i.+on Designing World, no brand has ever taken this step before.

"Mr. Fu, how many people are you looking to employ from this compet.i.tion?." One of the directors of the Executive Committee asked.

"At most 20." Fu Hua replied.

"20 is much, let's look at 10, after all, this is the first of its kind. We can use this compet.i.tion to test waters." Another Executive Committee said.

"10 it's little. My idea is that the Top 20 finalists, will get 3 months probation, and after that period, only 10 of them would be given a chance to work with us for 5 years. And as time goes on, we can talk about renewing their contracts." Fu Hua suggested.

"That sounds like a good idea. We should be expecting a lot of applicants once we announce the compet.i.tion and the date for it, at least more than 15,000 applicants from all over the world." Another Executive Committee said.

"They don't need to be that much. Once we are done with planning the compet.i.tion, we can start promoting it in the media. We can set up a time range for the interested applicants that pa.s.sed our criteria to join the compet.i.tion, to apply." A female Executive member said.

This matter was deliberated on for a while before Fu Hua dismissed them. He asked them to plan very well and show him what they've got after a week interval. He still needed to talk with the board of directors and big Investors about it, so that funds for the compet.i.tion, can be set up as well.

When Fu Hua got back home, he told Jia Li about the compet.i.tion and the little details that were discussed in the meeting, but who knew that Jia Li would pick an interest in the compet.i.tion.

From the details she got from him, she could tell how tough, challenging, interesting, and fun the compet.i.tion would be.

"When will FJ be done with finalizing the compet.i.tion? When do you think the compet.i.tion will start?." Jia Li asked in a curious tone as her eyes shone brightly.

"We will start the publicity around ending of this month. As for the compet.i.tion, two months from now, it's a good time to hold it. It may take up to a month for the different stages in the compet.i.tion to end" Fu Hua replied. It was only when he finished answering her questions that he saw her eyes twinkling.

He was taken aback as he asked with a narrowed gaze, "Why do you look excited, don't tell me you want to join this compet.i.tion?."

"Your guess it's right, I will join this compet.i.tion.." Jia Li replied in an excited tone.
