Chapter 47 - 47 The Culprit Is Si Fan
47 The Culprit Is Si Fan
The police officer took a deep breath and decided not to continue arguing with Yin Mo. He only complained about it in his heart. How could Yin Xun have such an ungrateful sister?
“Miss Yin Xun, Miss Yin Mo, both of you need to follow us back to make a statement,” the police officer said as he looked at Yin Xun.
“Okay,” Yin Xun agreed. Then, she suddenly thought of something. “Wait a moment. My mother is still waiting for news. I’ll tell her now to not worry.”
When Yin Mo heard Yin Xun say that she was going to make a call, she remembered that she had forgotten to tell Wu Li that she was not going back. “Ah, I forgot to tell Mom last night that I’m not going back! I have to make a call too.”
At this moment, Yin Xun had already hung up the phone. When she heard Yin Mo’s words, she immediately rolled her eyes and said impatiently, “I’ve already told Mom. Let’s go.”
Yin Mo had just pressed a number when she was dragged out by Yin Xun.
There were no guests in the clubhouse. The police must have been afraid that there would be dangerous criminals, so they had cleared the rest of the people out.
However, the nature of humans was to watch when there was a show. Although they knew that there might be danger, there was still a large crowd at the entrance of the clubhouse. Even reporters had come.
When the police escorted Si Fan and the other two to the police car, they heard clicking sounds all around them. Si Fan and Xing Cheng had never received such attention before. Their faces darkened with anger.
Seeing him come out, the people around him began to discuss.
“Didn’t the police say that there were criminals? Where are the criminals? Could it be these few people?” A middle-aged man stood in front with a child in his arms. He even chatted with the people beside him.
“Hey, don’t talk nonsense. The criminals are the ones being led away by the police. Look at how polite the police are to the two young ladies; they must be the victims.”
When the man heard this, his temper instantly exploded. He had a daughter too, so he hated it when people bullied little girls. He scolded angrily, “These people are too shameless. They bullied two little girls. The police must teach them a lesson!”
When the people beside him heard the man’s scolding, they echoed, “That’s right. How can you be proud of bullying a little girl? Pick on someone your own size.”
“Hey, why do I feel that those people look a little familiar? Look, is that Young Master Xing Cheng? The other seems to be Si Fan if I’m not mistaken. I’m not seeing things, right?”
“You seem to be right. Aren’t they rich big bosses? How did they become criminals? Were they trying to pursue excitement? Rich people really know how to play.”
Amidst the discussion, the police, Yin Xun, and the others got into the police car.
Inside the police car, Yin Mo was still pleading with Yin Xun.
Yin Mo chattered into Yin Xun’s ear like a little bird, making her head hurt. In the end, she could not take it anymore. She took out her earphones and turned up the music. The world finally quietened down a little.
When they arrived at the police station, the police interrogated them separately. Yin Mo and Yin Xun were the first to finish.
“Miss Yin Xun, the interrogation of the three suspects will take some time. When the results are out, we will inform you.” The police officer in charge of interrogating Yin Xun sent Yin Xun and Yin Mo to the entrance of the police station.
“Alright, thank you.” Yin Xun nodded in agreement and left with Yin Mo.
“Lil Mo, what’s the name of the fatty with Si Fan?” Yin Xun asked casually.
She remembered that in the original text, Si Fan had delivered a woman to Xing Cheng through a fatty. However, she did not know if these two were the same person.
Yin Mo did not find anything weird with Yin Xun’s sudden question at all. When she heard her question, she answered directly, “I think his name is Jiang Chao. He’s Xing Cheng’s bodyguard.”
Fatty, Jiang Chao, it was really him!
Yin Xun’s expression darkened. This fatty was already married and had a child, but he still did such a horrible thing. It was really disgusting.
In her anger, Yin Xun quickened her pace. Yin Mo had to jog to keep up with her.
“Take a taxi home first. I still have something to do. I don’t know when I’ll be done,” Yin Xun said to Yin Mo.
She had something very important to do now. If Yin Mo, the Saint, followed her, it would definitely be a bad thing. Especially since Si Fan could not be allowed to find out what she wanted to do. If Yin Mo went with her, Si Fan would learn about it.
Yin Mo whispered, “But I’m worried about you being alone outside. It’s already late, and the sky is about to turn dark.”
