Stand User in Marvel Universe Chapter 553

Chapter 553

T’challa and Shuri left for Wakanda as they had to resume their role as the king and princess of Wakanda. Meanwhile, the rest of the Avenger stayed in New York to finish their personal problem before returning to Wakanda to prepare for the battle to come. It all would come down to when Dio informed them about the battle they had to fight later! 

Before they went on their separate ways, Steve reluctantly asked Dio if he would inform Tony about all of this. Although it didn’t seem like Tony and Dio had any problems to begin with, that was just on the surface. In fact, he still didn’t really trust Tony after Tony attacked him years ago. 

Dio just shook his head at Steve as he didn’t think it was necessary to inform Tony anything right now. In truth, Dio really thought that Tony’s ability was not needed right now as the people that sided with Tony after the aftermath of the Civil War didn’t really have the ability to change the tide of the battle to come, even though it might seem cruel, that was the reality!

But, as the battle drew near, it might come the time to inform them about the disaster later. 

Dio explained his train of thought to Steve, and Steve nodded and walked away, respecting Dio’s decision and trusting it for now. After everyone left, the villa they used to gather felt empty as only Dio, Wanda, and Pietro were left behind. 

At first, Dio wanted to have personal time with Wanda, but Pietro was on her tail all the time that Dio had to acknowledge his existence, even though it annoyed him to do so. And so, Dio took his time to bond with Pietro over some Video Games. 

They had a good time, that was until Dio kept beating Pietro at some fighting games. 

“This is bulls.h.i.+t! Your character is too good. You are cheating, aren’t you?” Pietro shouted at Dio annoyedly. Nevertheless, Pietro kept playing as he knew that it was better to bond with Dio as Wanda was really in love with the guy.

As night came quietly, Kevin Thompson walked inside the police station annoyedly. He was in a bad mood after receiving some calls from the police regarding his son, Eugene Thompson. 

“I will never let you drive my car again! You idiot ungrateful child!” Kevin annoyedly shouted at Flash.

Flash was silent as he didn’t know what to say to his raging father. The meek att.i.tude that his son showed right now further annoyed Kevin, so he walked out of the Police Station with his son in tow. They returned to their mansion with a cold att.i.tude, and once they arrived home, Flash immediately ran to his room and sat on his bed.

His mind was still recalling the monster’s appearance that the little girl he thought his girlfriend’s little sister transformed into. He knew for sure that the monster did something to him as it spat out some dark liquid that seeped inside his skin! 

He visited several hospitals after that, using his father’s name to get the best possible treatment in the hospital regarding the dark liquid that seeped into his skin earlier. However, none of them could tell what was wrong with Flash as they didn’t find anything strange in his system. Every test that the doctor had done to check his condition came out normal, meaning that there was nothing that he should worry about.

The doctor in the hospital did every test possible as it would increase the hospital’s profit later. The test that Flash received wasn’t some cheap test either. Nevertheless, the hospital was in joy since they would receive a huge sum of money overnight!

Then something took a completely wrong turn.

When the doctors tried to conduct a magnetic resonance examination, Flash suddenly shook uncontrollably. The doctor immediately panicked as they didn’t find anything wrong with Flash earlier. But after they turned off the Magnetic Resonance machine, Flash stopped shaking, and his body was back to normal, although he seemed weaker and exhausted from the whole ordeal.

Now the doctor wasn’t sure about Flash’s condition. They began to think whether it really was a rare disease that they never encountered before. Or could it be some form of a mental health problem? After all, there were so many mental health problems, and the symptoms might differ from one person to another, making it hard to draw a conclusion about the disease itself!

But as the doctor got ready to do some more tests, Flash suddenly decided to leave! Seeing that they didn’t find any worrying condition from Flash earlier, they didn’t try to persuade Flash to stay.

Flash himself walked away with a pale complexion because after the immense pain he experienced earlier at the Magnetic Resonance test, he understood that the monster he saw from the little girl earlier has entered his body and lived inside him now! 

He also understood now that the sound wave produced from the Magnetic Resonance test damaged the monster inside him, but it also damaged his body! Although Flash was a rich boy who grew up in a rich family, he wasn’t dumb! On the contrary, he was clever as he knew a lot of things and wasn’t afraid to learn new things.

He tried hard to remember the decibel of sound wave the Magnetic Resonance Machine let off earlier as he wanted to do some test on his own later!
