With Mu Mingtang’s rare tone of seriousness and her solemn expression, the servants were scared into obedience and did not dare to say anything else. Mu Mingtang quickly asked her servant to take a brush and some paper. The Little Taoist wrote down a few food supplements and noted which should be paid extra attention to. These were originally the tasks that were handled by the servants, but Mu Mingtang was also beside them, listening attentively to the important points of what he was saying.

“Your Highness is mainly alright now. It would do good to avoid spicy foods and those that have a lot of salt. Meditation is encouraged along with living in a calm environment.
