Isla had preserved them. Based on their initial agreement, the traitors of the Radiant Church asked her to completely erase the soul of the previous Radiant Pope, but since she wanted to collect these precious experiment materials, she did not do as the Radiant Church said and instead sealed up the previous-generation female pope.
