Api di Bukti Menoreh Book 01 – Chapter 22
He would not be able to defend himself with the knife. In his difficult circ.u.mstances, his high-powered brothers came forward. His big machete moved quickly. A quick stab direct at his stomach . But the angry Untara was evasive. Even now Untara was no longer restraining himself. He was squatting to avoid his opponent's opponent. And at the same time, his iron rod moved horizontally.
There was the sounded of a clash between the iron rod and the foot bone of the tall bony man, and then followed by another scream of pain. A moment later heard his body slam. At that same time, the tall stout man saw an opportunity to kill Untara. He would not be able to attack him because he wasn't close to him, and also because Untara was moving too fast. Therefore, while Untara still could not stand upright. That man with all his might threw his dagger towards his opponent's body.
Fortunately, Untara saw the dagger coming. So he stopped his movements. He spun around once again as he lowered his body so that the dagger did not penetrate him.
It is true that human destiny is determined by a power beyond human reach. The dagger that ran like an arrow was sliding rapidly past beyond Untara. Unexpectedly, however, a moment later a muted shriek. The man lying on his cracked leg suddenly tried to stand, then he tried to lift his face with an odd gaze. But a moment later his head fell limp. Dead. A knife had stabbed directly into his heart.
Untara and both of his opponents who saw the events for a moment stood silent. They were shaken by the unexpected thing that just occurred. Especially the tall stout man. Unwittingly, he had killed his own friend.
