Chapter Ch46 - Here, your dog food

One second, Victor was still working in the office. The next second, he heard the sound of the special alert he had set to signify a message from his male G.o.d. He bowed his head to read it, then barely kept himself from jumping straight up.

––He had been caught up in the thing with White Thousand Degrees yesterday and gone overboard! He had thought about how to tell his male G.o.d for a long time, and then finally hadn’t said anything!

A thousand Little Vics seemed to be beating himself up in his heart: You idiot!

And then, Victor said he was scramming over; he immediately sent the system a command: teleport. He appeared in front of his male G.o.d’s house with a pop.

The virtual world had this advantage, it only required one second to get from one place to another, even if one wanted to fly to the other side of the world!

.

Victor stood at the door and looked at it. He saw a note that had been left there: [ You will only realize how precious some things are after you’ve lost them. ]

Victor: “?!!” No! No way, male G.o.d! No, no, no, no, no…

Victor shook in horror as he knocked on the door. As a result, the AI at the door gave him a prompt: I’m sorry, sir. You don’t have permission to enter this s.p.a.ce.

Victor: QUQ

Victor quickly pulled out his cell phone, wanting to send Tyron a message.

––No matter what, he couldn’t just scare himself. Perhaps this note was just his male G.o.d’s dark humor…

He bowed his head, and suddenly saw that there was a second note on the carpet. It said: [ So you have to take good care of this thing. Don’t cherish it only after you’ve lost it. ]

“???”

Victor crouched down to pick it up, and then saw that a key had been stuck to the other side of the note.

As soon as Victor picked up the key, the AI on the door immediately changed to a smiley face: Welcome home, Mr. Victor.

Victor: Ah! My little heart has flown back to me! Male G.o.d, I’m here to see you QUQ I will properly cherish this key!!!

Ah, Victor was so excited that he had forgotten: keys in the virtual world were merely symbolic and weren’t so easy to lose.

.

This note was really a manifestation of Tyron’s dark humor.

He had deliberately given Victor a scare while he himself was calmly reading inside, acting as though the person who had written two notes to bully Little Vic wasn’t him.

After Victor went through the door, he immediately threw himself in front of him, crying, “Wuwuwu male G.o.d, I was wrong!”

“Good.” Tyron set down the book and calmly touched the tips of his soft hair, fully appearing like a decent, mature man. “I know you’re very busy. I don’t mean to force you out of your work.”

Victor shook his head vigorously. He felt soft all over from Tyron’s petting, sprawling bonelessly over the sofa and letting him play as he liked.

Tyron added, “But it’s off-work time now. You can’t stay in the office all the time, hm?”

Victor: Yes yes yes right right right, male G.o.d’s words are all invaluable&#k2026;

Seeing that Little Vic’s expression was so well-behaved, Tyron suddenly felt an itch in his hands, so he pinched Victor’s cheek, looking thoughtfully at the pale pink fingerprint that left on his face.

Tyron: Why did bullying this child feel so refres.h.i.+ng? He hadn’t picked up some of the less desirable character traits of an incubus, right…

Victor: Yingyingying my male G.o.d actually pinched me, how doting! How cool! Please continue! Pinch me!

However, Tyron restrained himself and withdrew his hand. He looked unaffected as he said, “How is your face so tender? It turns red with a touch.”

And then, Victor’s face became thoroughly red even without a touch.

.

Victor’s heart was full of shouts for more caresses, but Tyron didn’t hear them. He only saw that Victor’s expression looked weary, so he said, “If you’re tired, lie here for a while. Would you like a drink?”

Victor nodded, and stared blankly as Tyron walked into the kitchen.

A while later, Tyron still hadn’t come out, but Victor received a text message––from ‘Odin’.

Victor: “???” From male G.o.d? Wasn’t he just in the next room?

He opened the text message:

[ Odin: You haven’t apologized in person yet. ]

Victor jumped up from the sofa and excitedly dashed into the kitchen!

Tyron was leaning idly against the marble counter with his arms crossed over his chest, his pair of long legs ending above the counter even when he was leaning at an angle.

“I’m sorry!” Victor called out out of the blue, then ‘hehehe’ laughed foolishly as he pounced over…

Then, he tripped over Tyron’s foot and fell straight into his arms.

Tyron was amused as he caught him, circling him within his embrace as he asked, “What are you doing?”

Victor hurriedly took the opportunity to raise his head, landing two chaotic kisses on his lips before giggling and saying, “Male G.o.d, male G.o.d, I’m sorry. I’ll make you coffee in order to compensate you for my one day and seven hours long disappearance.”

Tyron reached out to flick his forehead, his expression serious as he said, “Since you’ve taken the initiative to come over and apologize, I’ll forgive you this time.”

Victor found his expression of acting sanctimonious so cute that he almost died!

.

After a while, Victor was pretending to have difficulty making coffee while secretly pulling out two tickets and stuffing them near the bag of coffee. He then pulled them out abruptly, saying in surprise, “Hey, male G.o.d, look at what I found!”

Tyron: “Hm?”

Victor held two movie tickets in his hand, his smile particularly delighted as he said, “I picked up two movie tickets. My luck is really good today, how about we drop by and see it?”

Tsk tsk, this child has also started to learn some tricks, Tyron thought to himself.

The master a.s.sa.s.sin pretended to be unaware of this trick and went to the cinema with Victor.

When Victor walked behind him, he acted like a well-behaved little tail; when he walked in front of him, he was like an especially enthusiastic and excited guide, chattering non-stop as he expressed how much he was looking forward to seeing the movie the entire way there.

Tyron listened for a while and didn’t think that this film would be very interesting, but he could tell that this child’s excitement went beyond just his words; he was just short of having a flower bloom on his head that swayed back and forth to express his enthusiasm.

How could this child be so cute?

Tyron held back his laughter and adjusted his pace so that he could hold Victor, who was almost happy enough to move his hands and feet and start dancing.

Victor: o(*////▽////*)q

As they made their way there, the little chatterbox guide couldn’t say a single word. He was just like a kitten who had been caught up by the scruff of its neck, going where it was told to go, sitting when told to sit, and incredibly rule abiding.

.

However, the cinema seemed to be having a theme day today. It was full of small, fluffy haired children running everywhere with their parents following behind them.

Victor had bought these tickets a few days ago. It could be used anytime within a certain period of time, so he also hadn’t known about today’s theme.

Tyron pushed his hands into his pockets and watched amusedly as Victor squeezed in amongst a group of brats to buy drinks.

He was still in disguise, but someone still noticed him and came over to strike up a conversation, “Handsome brother, are you here by yourself or here with a friend? Do you want to hang out together?”

Tyron glanced at the other party, “No.”

That man still coquettishly toyed with his hair and added, “Come and play, those young boys are no fun. Try it with an experienced man and you’ll know that there are definite advantages.”

Tyron: “You’re turning me straight.”

The man: “……”

That man hurried away. He had wanted to sneak a photo before leaving, but he had been almost scared silly by the look Tyron shot him and finally escaped without looking back.

Victor finally returned with drinks in his hand, looking puzzled when he saw Tyron’s expression.

Victor: “Male G.o.d, why are you unhappy?”

Tyron spoke languidly, “You don’t even realize that someone came to seduce your man.”

Victor: “!!!!” Who! Who is making moves on my person! I’m going to bankrupt them until they’re only left with their underwear!

Tyron lifted Victor’s chin and saw the murderous intent in his eyes and finally nodded. “That’s a good expression.”

Victor instantly softened again, his face red as he pa.s.sed over the drink. He thought to himself: I have to book the entire place when we watch movies in the future. My male G.o.d attracts people like moths to fire, and I can’t let others see him…

… Well, it didn’t take long for his wish to come true, because later on, he collaborated with XX company and became a stakeholder in this cinema, allowing him to book out the entire venue and turn it into a couple’s venue for two.

.

Movies in the interstellar era were no longer showed on a 2D screen. They were holographic virtual works.

Audiences could directly enter a virtual world and experience the entire work personally. They could move about freely in the virtual scenes, could be soaked by wind or blown about by the wind, but they couldn’t interact with the characters from the film.

They were just like onlookers who watched the main characters’ adventure from the side.

The film Victor chose was called . It was a Western fantasy themed adventure story where the male protagonist was an interstellar nerd who had transmigrated into the fantasy world. It was a story with hilarious scenes, thrilling actions, and touching moments.

He had originally thought that his male G.o.d would like this kind of subject––after all, the a.s.sa.s.sin profession came from Western fantasy.

However, he didn’t realize that Tyron himself was living a life that was the exact opposite of the movie. He had transmigrated into the interstellar era from a Western fantasy-esque world.

So, when Tyron watched the movie, every single minute and second of it seemed like a play! All the scenes, props, costumes, and so on from the movie all seemed a little hilarious to him, and they all seemed like things that only people who had no common sense would do.

Tyron was thinking about these ‘stupid interstellar people’ on one hand while watching Victor watch the movie on the other. He plucked up a blade of gra.s.s and folded a little cornflower.

.

The scenes were very realistic; Victor would occasionally appear particularly nervous.

On one occasion where the main character was picked up by a dragon, the two of them, as members of the audience, stood on the dragon’s back to enjoy the scenery.

The ride was a little b.u.mpy; Victor was so frightened that he clutched tightly the dragon’s neck. Then, the first thing he saw when he looked up was his male G.o.d walking around very calmly!

Tyron acted as though he was walking over flat ground as he stepped over to the dragon’s head. He stood in the wind as he turned to stretch a hand out to Victor, “Come here.”

Victor plucked up the courage to walk over, buffeted left and right by the wind, clinging to Tyron’s hand and not daring to let go.

Tyron embraced Little Vic in his arms. He was able to feel Little Vic’s whole-hearted dependence on him, and his mood suddenly became very good. He secretly pulled out the cornflower, lifting his fingers to pin it on the top of his head.

“Don’t be afraid.” Tyron said, “The view here is pretty good. You can overcome your fear of heights if you look down from here.”

Victor was very obedient and subconsciously looked down––there was ten thousand feet of emptiness beneath him, it was extremely scary!!

Victor had been tricked without any psychological preparation and almost burst out into tears! He abruptly turned and buried his head against Tyron, the cornflower on his head swaying in the wind and trembling as he s.h.i.+vered!

Tyron’s laughter rumbled in his chest as he spoke thoughtfully, “If you’re afraid, we should probably go down.”
