It stopped finally.

It was sudden. One moment, I was writhing in such pain that I wanted to stop despite the consequences, and the next moment, it all stopped.

I collapsed and was sleeping before even my head touched the floor.

It was dawn next when I woke up and found I smelled back with my sweat caked over me. Seeing that, I got up. Feeling freer than ever before.

It may be because of the method or something I had feeling because of the changes happening to me. I didn't ask my clone; I would do it after the shower and fill my stomach with something.

I stayed in the shower for fifteen minutes before walking out and changing into a new set of clothes.

When I sat down on the porch chair, watching the sun coming up.

I finished the breakfast and got up. It's time to test the method.

My eyes began to get small, while my irises got smaller, and their color changed.

The same thing happened with my hair. They become 32% thicker and the color begins to change.

Seven and half minutes later. It was all over, and I looked at myself in a mirror.

"Wow," I said.

I looked like a true kandris race man, with earth brown skin and green hair, with eyes with tiny irises. The same changes happening internally with me.

If people looked at me with a meta-scan, they would see me kandris.

At first state, I could only copy a fraction of the races. They all bear heavy similarities with the humans. From skin to bones to organs; they are nearly the same.

I could do more with my methods before, but this method is long term and much harder to find the flaws.

It had its flaws, but when I looked for them. I saw the forbidden power in me deal with them. I am truly a Kandris right now.

It would be extremely hard to find out, I am human.

They will have to tear me apart piece by piece to see it. Even then, a little luck will be required.

I was admiring it while looking at the data, when suddenly my expressions changed. Yantis had come out of his abode.

A few minutes later, I walked out of my abode and followed him like I had been doing for the past few days.

Every step would take us colder and colder place.

I could see it clearly. How he is increasing the power of his method every few seconds to bear these powerful cold energies.

It is a good thing for me; the more he uses such a method. The greater the data, I will have.

I now have a detailed meta-scan of him. I could guess the type of method he used and the opportunism he got.

A few weeks to a month ago at most and whoever they are quite skillful.

They have placed it as such that no Sky Sovereigns could discover it.

I thought for a moment before the resume followed. This mission is going to be far from simple and it made me excited.

He is far from a simple spy; the things I observed so far made him very dangerous.

Soon, it was evening, and he kept moving. Now, he had discarded the stealth fully. Instead, he

had slowed down his speed to make him less detectable.

I did the same; not to hide myself, but to maintain the distance between us.

He tapped on it for a hundred and twelve times before stopping.

Nothing happened. Second pa.s.sed, and no changed occurred. Soon a minute pa.s.sed, and

nothing happened. He is still standing there.

It was a one-minute and thirty-seventh. He tapped on the ground gently with his feet, sending a rhythm of energy.

Immediately, the change occurred. The mountain wall in front of him began to melt and within a second, it melted enough to reveal a way.
