Chapter 4162: Exploding

I didn't move immediately. There is another broken formation behind me, and it is big.

If it crashed against it. It would be terrible.

So, I did what I never do, because it is too dangerous, but if it crashed against the formation. It might explode and there is no way, I will survive.

I might survive the blast, but I won't survive the chaos that will come later.

Buzz!

My strings moved fast and released the runes that formed a sphere around it, before activating it.

I watched with bated breath as ever so slightly, its path changed.

It came to me, but I didn't move. It avoided me by inches. Most importantly, it avoided the big formation behind me and before started slowing down.

It stopped at the near the end of the hall and stayed there.

Seeing this, I heaved a sigh of relief, but the very next second. Two formations moving toward a direction where they will crash.

They are far from me, but their clash would create chaos.

While I did that, I moved.

The first formation had cleared the way in front of me and I didn't hesitate to walk on it.

I moved before stopping by the cleanly cut tree, with hundreds of violet roses.

Viridescent Roses.

They are very careful types of roses. Very useful in practice and alchemy. I am sure, they will be useful in my practice of talaras too.

Though, I will not surely say with surety unless I test it.

I harvested all the roses before I completed the steps. Even harvested the stems. I will try to plant these roses; it would be wonderful if I had succeeded.

I continued moving, while my strings moved to harvest the resources.

I only harvested those that didn't affect the things.

I have to say, the resources around are pretty rare. They helped a lot to soothe my thoughts of regret for coming to this place.

I crossed the third of the hall fast, taking different turns before stopping.

Now, all the routes are blocked.

I am standing in front of the one of blocked ones. Though, the one, I am feeling safest and going to unblock.

I looked at the three formations and moved my strings toward them, before covering two of them with the power they didn't sense.

It is hard to sense it when a third of it is forbidden power.

Till now I had not done this to the moving broken formations. I had never done that to one who was standing. I am planning to move them without triggering them.

Though, just to be safe. I took a couple of steps back.

I know, the chances of surviving would be almost zero if they exploded, but I still want to have a chance, no matter how small it is.

After I stopped at a safe distance, I moved the first formation ever so gently.

I watched with bated breath as it moved slowly toward the s.p.a.ce where there weren't many formations, before stopping there nearly a minute later.

I smiled seeing that when I moved to the second one.

It flashed mutely, and I formed the coc.o.o.n of the strings activated at its full power, but to my relief, it didn't explode.

The muted glow disappeared. Still, I didn't take a sigh of relief until it stopped, and I watched it for a minute.

I moved and appeared where I had been earlier.

Now there is only one formation, and it is the biggest one. Bigger than me. I don't want to move it; it is too big and the energies in it are too powerful.

Though, what I am going to do next is equally dangerous. I am going to walk by it with only inches between us.

I wish there had been a better option, but unfortunately, there isn't. It is the best option among the two worst ones.

So, I took a deep breath and walked toward it, before reaching it in several steps.

I wanted to move fast, but I didn't. I moved slowly and calmly despite every part of my body screaming at me to run as fast as I could.

It took all my willpower to control that urge.

Seconds pa.s.sed, and finally, I crossed the distance and nearly ran away, but I controlled

myself.

The craziness is still ongoing around me. I need to be calm in my field. A wrong step, and I will pay with my life, and I am not saying that figuratively.

I moved toward the exit, dodging the formations and moving some into empty areas while collecting the formations, before finally, I had come across the last obstacle.

It is blocking the exit that is just a few meters away from it.

Once I cross it, I will be able to leave in peace.

There are six formations in front of me. I will need to move four for the safe route.

I didn't act in haste. I scanned them cautiously before moving my soul sense toward the first broken formation.

It is not the smallest one, but I will need to remove it, and I did just that.

I moved to the second one and pushed it safely and moved to the third one and was able to push it safely into the safe zone too, before moving to the fourth one.

I was watching the fourth one, when I saw three formations on my soul suddenly lighting up

and moving.

Nothing happened, there was no sign, but that's not surprising. These are broken formations; they behave in a strange way.

"f.u.c.k!"

They are really fast. Enough that I won't be able to stop them.

Burst 100%.

Seeing that, I made the decision instantly and activated my power to limit and moved as fast

as I could.

I appeared by the two formations instantly, before walking past them.

I don't care if I am going to trigger them, because right now there is only one thought, which is to escape out of this place as fast as I can.

Finally, I reached the escape and moved through it, not caring what was on the other side.

BANNNG BANNNNG!

I just got out and didn't even stop when I heard two ma.s.sive blasts, one after another. They shook the hall made of formation hard but weren't able to break it.
