Slowly the curtain began rising, Prokofiev's music began playing in the background. The lighting on the stage began changing slowly...Jayne fit into the role of Juliet so perfectly that, probably if Shakespeare was alive, even he would be stunned to find an exact description of his character Juliet, dancing right before his eyes.

Jayne was performing a solo act. She had kept a lot of variations and versatility to her performance. In her first bit, Jayne was seen performing as Juliet who had fallen in love with Romeo, a typical lovestruck girl.

Jayne just thought about how much she loved Ronnie. Her performance on stage was just a recreation, a way of expressing her love for her husband. Her moves and actions were so perfect that waves of love reverberated throughout the auditorium. Thus, leaving the entire crowd spellbound by her performance.

Sitting not far away from the stage, Virat looked at Maya with complex emotions. It had been a long time since he had seen her perform. He was lying if he said he wasn't mesmerised by looking at her perform yet again...In fact, it had even gone to the extent of rekindling his love for her…

He was so lost in her performance that he totally forgot the world around him, even Sanvi who was sitting right next to him.

He could also feel Jayne's love. But sadly, he also had known this by now that this love wasn't for him. He turned melancholic on realising the ironic reality.

Just at that moment, Sanvi rested her head on his shoulders unknowingly… That's when Virat was torn in choosing between Maya and Sanvi…

The dance continued….the next bit was when Juliet's mother comes and informs her to marry Paris. Juliet's emotions now changed totally on hearing it.. Her previous emotions were so full of love. But the present emotion showed fear of losing her lover.

Jayne exactly expressed her insecurities if she'd lose Ronnie by any chance… Virat could very well read every single emotion portrayed by Jayne. He realised what Jayne was trying to prove.

She never ever wanted to lose Ronnie. If she did, she would not survive either. This was a direct hit to Virat. Realisation dawned on his face. He indeed got answers to all his doubts and dilemmas. His face fell.

Though Sanvi was very apprehensive if Virat would still choose her over Maya, especially after seeing her perform, she chose to remain calm.

She always knew that love was something that can never be forced upon. All these years, she had never confessed her feelings for Virat. Hence, she felt wronged when life didn't even give her a chance with Virat. Everything else that followed was purely because of the same reason.

But now that she had actually confessed her love for him, along with the circ.u.mstances, she didn't want to force upon her love anymore. If he still chose Maya over her, there was nothing she could do about it. At least she would live the rest of her life with her child without any regrets.

Sitting at the corner of the same auditorium was Katherine Bradford who kept glaring at Jayne. She could feel her anger building in with each move of Jayne and the simultaneous response from the crowd. She was br.i.m.m.i.n.g with hostility now. She gripped the arm of her chair so hard that her hands began to spasm.

Looking at the crowd who were totally enchanted by Jayne's performance, she sneered and muttered under her breath, "You muddle-headed people! Can't you all see how fake she is? Yet, you are all captivated by her performance! You know what, I just pity you guys for such an awful liking!"

Even Adam Clive who was sitting next to her, was feasting on Jayne like she was some dessert ready to be eaten. He was also so bewitched by her performance that he didn't hear what Katherine Bradford talk. His only regret was that he couldn't lay his hands on her milky white body that looked super gorgeous and alluring under the lights.

Katherine Bradford knew even her boyfriend was no less. She felt she was about to burst with rage. In order to not embarra.s.s herself, she bolted out of the auditorium.
