This Time You Are Mine 317 Hardworking Nights 1

Yve decides to go along with the two designs she likes. She will use each of its strong points and makes sure to note the details before leaving the office. By 9PM, Sylvan is driving a sleeping Yve back home. 

The minute she arrives, Vince is already outside waiting for her. He opens the door and sees her wife sleeping inside while holding some sheets of papers as some fell down due to her relaxing and loosening her grip. Slowly and silently, Vince wraps his neck with Yve's arms as he gently sweeps her in his arms and brings her inside their house as quiet as possible. Sylvan follows seconds after with the files Yve has been reading and carrying. 

Vince places Yve carefully in their bed and removes her coat to make her more comfortable. Shortly, he tells Sylvan to wait for him in the study as they have something they need to talk about. 

"Sylvan, what are the projects that Yve is currently doing?" Vince asks his wife's secretary.

"For SkyMu, sir the concert and the music awards are coming up. She's making the necessary preparations while reviewing her projects as a student, too." Sylvan calmly reports.

"How's the preparation going then?" 

"The schedules are all arranged already. Now all she needs to do is to make finalize the designs of the needed advertising details." 

"I see. How's the proposal for the investors?" 

"I have given her the details and habits of the investors but I don't think she has read them yet. She was busy with school projects and arrangements for the concluding projects." Sylvan worriedly answers.

"Did she voice out any of her plans for SkyMu?"

"None at the moment. But we have our feed for the press people already sent for editing."

"I see. Sylvan, have you fully understood and a.n.a.lyzed how my wife thinks and plans things out." 

"Not fully but I think I'm almost there." Sylvan is a bit unconfident yet.

"I see. Can I have a copy you sent for editing? I will use it to take a hint of her plans and try to make a draft for the meeting on Wednesday." 

"Copy on that, sir. I can send it right away."

"Do it and you're done for the day. My wife still needs you tomorrow in tip top shape." Vince instructs him as they leave the bedroom. 

Vince works on the report draft in their study as his wife is sleeping inside. After two hours, Vince finishes the draft and prints a copy for Yve to read along with the flash drive which contains the powerpoint presentation he also made. It's almost midnight by the time Vince takes his position on their bed beside his wife.

On the other hand, Jenny is still working hard on her individual projects and finds herself almost done with two of her five individual projects. She looks at the clock and sees the time which reads 2 in the morning. She decides to stop working for now and goes to sleep.

When Jenny is finally going to bed, Yve has just woken up and sees herself in their bedroom with her husband right beside her. She smiles at Vince after seeing that her hand is enveloped with his. 

"You probably brought me here to bed and removed my coat for me. Thank you very much." Yve slowly removes her hand from Vince's grasp and heads to the bathroom to wash up. 

Once ready, she heads to the study where she finds all the papers she was reading earlier. She starts reading the papers once more and opens her laptop to make the final changes on it. This is related to the group project they did at school earlier. After finis.h.i.+ng it, she sends the copy to Lester for art designing and printing. She decides that wrapping up the one group project, she will make one of her individual projects. 

Yve is working for about an hour now when her stomach growls in hunger. Left with no other choice, she heads to the kitchen to cook her own early meal for the day as it's almost 4 in the morning. She gets some slice bread and cut off some lettuce with minced onions, sliced tomatoes and cuc.u.mbers. To put up the vegetables and bread together, she uses the sandwich sauce that Vince personally mixed. She spreads it to her sandwich and puts them neatly on a plate. To complete her meal, she makes her hot chocolate. Finally, she brings it back to the study room so she can work and eat at the same time. 

She takes bites of her sandwich while reading the supporting files and doc.u.ments she wants to use for her individual project. After taking a little sip of her hot chocolate, Yve starts typing in her project into her laptop with a pile of books beside her laptop. She's into finis.h.i.+ng her project that she fails to notice a pair of eyes staring at her from the hallway just outside the study. 

'For how long has she been working in the study room?' He asks himself but decides to ask Chrysthe based on the video footage

So Vince heads to Chrysthe's room where his subordinate easily answers the question he is about to ask.

"She woke up around 2AM and started working but there's no need to worry, Primo. She stopped at around 4 make sandwich and hot chocolate." Chrysthe instantly reportst as soon as he sees his Boss.

"You really knew me already. Thank you for the information." Vince leaves Chrysthe and heads to the kitchen to prepare a healthy breakfast and pack some lunch for his hardworking wife.

After what seems like an eternity, Yve finishes her first individual project and notices that the dark sky has become bright outside. 

"Oh my! Our breakfast!" Yve exclaims to the kitchen where she sees her husband plating their breakfast. 

"Good morning!" Vince greets her with a smile.

"Good… morning….?" Yve looks so confused. She hasn't expected to see her husband awake and finished the meal for the morning. 

"You must be hungry again after all the studying you just did. Come on, eat!" Vince smiles and explains the voiceless questions from her as he offers a chair.
