"Welcome, it's an honour to have you here, Mr. Stan." Brandon Blackwood greeted as he ushered Chamberlain Stan into his office. He was supposed to have done this the last time he came to the capital, but he wasn't prepared. Now he had the amunitions, it was time to go to war. "The honour is mine as well, Mr. Blackwood." Chamberlain greeted in acknowledgement. "Please, have a seat." Brandon gestured, as he also sat on the couch opposite Chamberlain.

"What can I do to help you?" He offered, politely. Of course he knew the Stans, how could he reject Chamberlain? This was an opportunity for himself, for his business. Chamberlain simply smiled before speaking, "I'm here to extend my hands to you, how would you like to be a part of the movement?" Brandon a.s.sumed the movement was political since the Stans dabbled in politics from a long time ago. He was exceptionally pleased, things have been working for him ever since Hallie came into his life. Oh.. he was going to reward her tonight, he thought.

"I would love to do that, but how can I possibly be of help to the great Stans?" He quickly agreed without thinking about what he was agreeing to before he inquired, bootlicking in the process. Chamberlain did not think it was that easy to convince Brandon to join, he hadn't even listed the requirements and his gains but the man had already agreed. 'How fortunate,' he thought.

Seeing the brilliant man, Brandon wished he had a daughter who could match this peerless man. But his first son had disappointed him, thinking about that, he frowned. His sons couldn't compare to Chamberlain, a shame. He could only pray that Hallie births marvellous children, he grinned thinking about her, how she moaned his name, begging him for more, last night. Totally forgetting he was in a meeting, discussing something important, his thoughts made his little brother spring to life.

Chamberlain did not notice him trying to hide his shame as he was also lost in thought. "How willing are you?" Chamberlain questioned. If Hallie had asked, he would have said he would do anything, but this was business. Hearing that question, raised the alarms in his head. "I still don't know how I can be of help, so I can't say I am willing or unwilling. But I can do everything within my power to ensure success if the profit is worth it." Brandon said in a subservient tone. He could not afford to offend the Stans by rejecting the offer and he could not also get himself into anything before understanding it. 'As expected of a greedy business man,' Chamberlain thought.

Chamberlain laughed before asking, "And if the profit is, are you willing to risk it all?" Brandon appeared to be in deep thought. After a while, he nodded, "Are there businesses without risks? Besides, the more the risk, the higher the profit. We just need to ensure safety." Chamberlain laughed again, "Like a true businessman." He praised. Somehow he felt there was no need for the evidence he gathered, not yet, at least. He also knew he couldn't trust Brandon enough with the true plan, he would only attract him and then keep him at arm's length not letting him enter the inner circle. With this thought he laughed again. "But I'll have to trouble you to sign an NDA, it's a business secret after all." Who did not know he can't be prosecuted even if he signed it? It was a dealing hidden from public eye. At most, they'd deal with him illegally.

Brandon understood he was getting himself into something deep so he knew he wasn't allowed to ask questions. He had once heard the Stans had powers underworld. He had always wanted to have connections to the underworld, wasn't this his golden chance? Without reading the NDA, he quickly signed the doc.u.ment. Chamberlain smiled before commenting, "Mr. Brandon, you'd sign your life away." Brandon laughed in embarra.s.sment, "I have already agreed, so there's no need. It's only a common NDA."

"Oh.. I see. I like the way you do things, Mr. Brandon." Chamberlain eagerly praised. Sometimes greedy people are the best business partners. "Then, I look forward to our co-operation in the future." He stood, shaking hands with Brandon. "My secretary will be in contact." He added as Brandon followed him out.

After Chamberlain left, he picked up the doc.u.ment he signed and took a glance. He knew it was formalities, if they were doing anything illegal, they won't be able to prosecute him a.s.suming he tells people. The real deal was their underground power. He then placed it in a safe just under his desk. Taking out his phone, he called Hallie, he wanted to eat her food, he also wanted to eat her too. Thinking about this, his little brother reacted again, she didn't need to seduct him or dress fancily, just thinking about her was enough to rouse him.
