Her face went from surprised to sulking. Giselle noticed it and signaled Lillian to come closer.
When she did, Giselle whispered something onto Lillian. At first, Lillian appeared puzzled, but she listened to Giselle's words and then approached the grimacing Anna.
"Anna, honey-"
"Don't, honey me. You went to a restaurant without me. Do you think I would have stopped your idea if you had just told me?"
"I would love to hang out with you both too. Guess, Giselle, became more important to you now, huh, Lilly?" Anna sweated.
At the moment, Diego, Lilly, and Giselle felt bad for Anna. Lillian got depressed from hearing those words but didn't let it stay like that. She cracked a smile silently feeling proud of Giselle already suspecting that this might happen and has given solution to resolve it.
"Anna, you are my best friend. No one can replace you or Diego in my life. I only wanted to take Giselle out because-"
Lillian Grey paused, she didn't want to continue, further instead, she went on to execute what Giselle had advised.
"Hey, Anna! Look at me, tonight sleepover, got it?"
"You and me alone, I'm not bringing Giselle too."
Lillian expressed.
Anna's face, lifted from sulking. She looked at her friend in a daze. Lillian continued.
"Just us, you and me. We can TALK-"Lillian stressed the talk and signaled her that they could have the good old times back.
"Maybe, we can include Diego too, considering it is our ladies alone sleepover. Diego, how about you bring your manicure kit and we'll have fun. Sorry, Giselle, I cannot hang out with you today. I'll be spending time with my teddy bear Annie, here-"Lillian declared and held Anna.
Diego smacked Lillian's face, and instantly they both went on with an air-wrestling fight while Giselle consoled Anna.
"Was it your idea?" Anna chuckled when she saw the two at the sides fighting seriously.
Giselle pretends not to hear it, but Anna knew it right away that idea like this will only be from Giselle. Lillian would have suggested it too but not immediately. She would be dumb at first and then realizes her mistake and will apologize. However, Anna felt relieved from hearing Lillian suggest an idea to comfort her.
By the time, the air-wrestling match ended with Diego winning against Lillian.
"Suck it up, loser!" Diego bragged.
"I let you win this time, remember that," Lillian responded, hiding the fact that she badly lost sooner than she imagined.
Just as they were playing around, Mr. Seth entered for their first cla.s.s.
"Get into your seats, right now," Seth wildly announced as he looked energetic in the early morning.
The students went to their respective places and got settled.
"Alright, now that people are done, with their detention."
He paused while taking out a paper.
"I have an announcement to share with you all."
"We are going to go on an educational trip."
Seth revealed.

Seth's announcement roared the cla.s.s full-mode with everyone chatting about whether to go or not. Seth ordered the cla.s.s to remain quiet so that he can share more details on the upcoming trip.
The students stifled immediately.
Seth went on to share the information regarding the trip.
"We'll be visiting the 'Clarence Fahnestock Memorial state park,' and it's a five days tour. We will return to school on the five day morning after having breakfast. The trip includes a lot of activities for everyone to partic.i.p.ate, which will be described, in detail, in this sheet of paper."
"A lot of things happened last week. I'm glad that nothing extreme happened to anyone. I mean Bridgette's done serving her detention."
"Bridgette, I hope you realized your mistakes and from now on you treat everyone equal without bullying them for your selfish wants."
Seth's comment insulted Bridgette, who until now felt distracted by the whole announcement. She didn't bother with talking to her friends and felt uninterested attending the entire educational trip. Honestly, she was devising a reason to escape from joining the tour.
Seth continued with his report.
"Now that everything got settled let's make the best use of this trip before the final exams. We've got all permission from the authorities."
Seth went on to explain a few other things about the tour. Meanwhile, Lillian flagged Giselle to know her response.
Giselle shook her head in rejection. She felt detached in joining the excursion, and it could be an immense burden on her side to face everyone outside the school campus. Lillian noticed her hesitation and distress. However, that did not stop Lillian Gret to insist Giselle in joining her friends for this trip.
"You should come with us," Lillian whispered silently.
Giselle returned a contrary signal which made Lillian discouraged.
"Come on, Giselle, please. It will be our first trip together."
Lillian's words surprised Giselle as the girl found herself selfishly desiring to enjoy this trip with Lillian post-hearing those words. However, her guilt of taking Lillian's friends.h.i.+p to her advantage made Giselle worry.
Despite Lillian protecting Giselle at school, she could still hear people quietly teasing Lillian and Giselle together, shaming her s.e.xuality in the shadows. It made Giselle grieve more about spending time with Lillian.
Regardless of all the concerns with others teasing her with Lillian, deep down in her heart, Giselle truly wished to join this trip with Lillian Grey. She wanted to hang out with her outside and have a fun trip together.
And this was a perfect opportunity.
Pondering within herself, she got distracted by Lillian, when the girl began hissing at Giselle to grasp her attention. Lillian begged and pleaded relentlessly. In the end, Giselle had to give up and accept Lillian's invitation.
Jumping into excitement, Lillian screamed for her triumph, forgetting the cla.s.s and Mr. Seth, who's still speaking.
Her voice shut Seth's words as everyone in the cla.s.s stared at the girl who suddenly yelled 'yay.'
…
Silence washed inside the cla.s.sroom with Seth's focus settled upon the girl behind the uproar.
"Ms. Grey looks pretty pumped up for the trip," he stated.
It is then Lillian realized the position she's in right now. She cursed herself for getting caught again and again during the Math cla.s.s.
's.h.i.+t with this again.' – Lillian Grey cussed in her mind which is already blank from seeing Mr. Seth offended.
"Just when I thought you would not be getting detention anymore."
"Ms. Grey, if not for this trip, I would have already sent you detention for constantly interrupting the cla.s.s and getting caught absurdly."
Seth sighed from the recurrent scenario.
"Since Ms. Grey is overstimulated, Why don't you be in charge of collecting the list of people who're willing to join this trip? I want the name in the alphabetical order by the end of the school-"
"Tomorrow!" Seth finished his statement with a blow.
Lillian appeared arrested in her spot, unable to move and respond or even fight back for the uninvited task.
"I'm sure you'll do a good job, Ms. Grey. Bring me the list tomorrow."
"That makes all of you guys to decide whether you will be attending or not. I'll distribute the paper now with all the details on it. Show it to your parents, get them signed and return it to Ms. Grey and give your full name and emergency contact number to her."
"Ms. Grey, let me repeat so that you can hear it correctly. I want this sheet of paper signed by the individual's parent along with their names and emergency contact wrote neatly on separate white paper, in the alphabetical order, got it?"
Rather than declining, Lillian only nodded without her knowledge.
"Yes, sir."
Seth calmed down after giving the task to the girl. He didn't plan on it initially, but it ended being in that way.
When the cla.s.s began, Anna and Diego, including Giselle, turned to face Lillian Grey.
She looked soulless. All three quickly turned away their vision from bursting into laughter and get caught along with her.
It took several minutes for Lillian to return to her normal state. When she did, she glanced at Giselle and sulked.
Giselle couldn't hold it anymore as she covered her mouth and giggled from Lillian's expression.
Watching Giselle silently forcing to restrain her laughter made Lillian ease out a little. She was exhausted a few seconds before and felt like running away from school. However, seeing Giselle, Lillian got excited as she can look forward to their first trip together.
Without her awareness, she unveiled a smile while watching the girl by her side.
'She's cute.' – Lillian's mind voice echoed inside.
It startled Lillian to her core as she instantly sat straight with her eyes now focusing on trigonometry on the board.
'What the h.e.l.l was that?'
'd.a.m.n, get it together, Lillian Grey.' – Lillian advised to herself.
Soon her eyes traveled back to Giselle and saw the girl staring back at her. For a second, Lillian locked eyes with Giselle, and it shocked both.
They retreated and started listening to the lecture.
Seth's cla.s.s ended with distributing the sheets to everyone. Lillian was informed once again to do the task her teacher had given.
Fretting upon bringing it to herself, Lillian spent the rest of the day sulking. She wanted to have fun discussing the trip and not be held responsible for collecting information and doing the nerdy stuff.
The day ended with Lillian and Anna returning to Anna's place for a sleepover while Giselle and Diego went to their homes respectively.
